Hi everyone dropping this comment for all the girlies out there, my skin is acne prone skin and i was scared to use facial razor on my face , but my dermatologist suggested me that this is the only better option you can opt for, as facial waxing makes your skin loose+ you’ll have some burns after that, threading on your cheeks or parts which are much sensitive will be the worst! But but dermaplanning can save your skin for real! I did it 2 days back touchwood i didnt get any scar and also thick hair depends on your hormones , if you have pcos/pcod they’ll obviously grow thicker but if you do not have that it’s alright, AND ALSO FACIAL HAIR ARE NORMALLLL!! But yes the beauty standards for girls are set too high but nvm? We can rock either way! So yayy! I hope this comment helps you.
I have PCOD and acne prone skin. Whatever I use on my chin hair just promotes more growth. I used to have little hair on my chin but after waxing it for years now it has turn into little beard. So yeah if you don't have PCOD atleast you can do shaving while we can't do anything.

The increase in facial hair in PCOD is caused by hormonal imbalances, increase in testosterone levels. The technique you choose to employ for hair removal has no role to play in hair growth in PCOD.

Hey, firstly - shaving or not shaving is a personal choice. It is absolutely okay to have facial hair. And if it is not absolutely necessary, you can totally avoid it. As you can see in the video, i myself have major cystic acne going on. it is okay to shave. However, make sure you take care of all the points that I have mentioned in the video and it is a myth that hair will grow more, the re-growth of your hair depends on your individual hair growth. Shaving does not reduce or increase hair growth.

@priancagandhi6520 please share valid proof of this claim since as per my knowledge its the opposite. Waxing your face causes SO MUCH harm instead. Firsly it loosens your skin, the entire process is painful + the pulling and tugging +the hot wax. Literally ripping your skin of pulling the hair with wax irritates you skin even more. Its NOT at all suitable for sensitive skin. You cannot imagine the disaster it will create if you wax on active acne! Please don’t suggest things out of the blue, someone might actually consider and end up harming themselves
@@prishamudgal_ this is from my personal experience, everyone’s skin is different, mine just reacted really badly with dermaplaning. Whereas when I was waxing my face not a pimple was in sight. So I stopped dermaplaning and waited for my acne to calm down and started waxing again. Now my skin has healed and never been better. I’m no dermatologist but people with acne prone skin and with hormonal issues should never ever shave
Not to mention if you wax your face you’re only doing it once every month (for me it’s every 2 months) because of how fine the hair growth is. The pulling and tugging won’t even impact your skin because you’re not doing it every week like shaving.
Brooo never use razor if you have acne prone skin my dermatologist suggested me that You should never use razor on ur face if u have acne problem. Actually I got many pimples/acnes after using razor on my face I had to run for a dermatologist 🥲 and when I stopped using razor on my face all my acnes got clear so plz do not use it you gonna regret it for sure 💯 you are prettiest the way you are. bro just use one thing this help me alot maybe it can help you also, you can apply natural Neem paste means just take neem leaves and grind it in a mixture with 2-3 tablespoon of water make a thick paste and apply it all over your acne for a week or two for 2 times a day leave it for 30 min and wash it off with an normal water and one thing keep in mind while doing this dont apply makeup or face mask for atleast 2 weeks you will definietly see the results.... I hope it works on you too. ❣

You’re not supposed to do that !!! Please follow what i have said in the video . For now, please don’t apply any actives on your skin. Let it heal. Keep your skincare super basic and simple. Only wash, tone , moisturise, spf. NO ACTIVES. Just basic products.

Hey love, I understand how you might be feeling right now. I would suggest you to try to understand the root cause for your skin concern and treat it accordingly. Personally, my skin condition is like this because of hormonal imbalance as i suffer from PCOS. Secondly, as you said your skin is sensitive avoid using makeup because it’s not thr makeup that causes acne but the removal process that does if not removed properly and also irritates the skin. You can do minimal makeup like lipstick kajal liner mascara lip and cheek tint, avoid using base products. Thirdly, skincare is a journey. Be patient and gentle with yourself. It takes time to heal 🤍

Don't moisturize your face if you have acne I also used to moisturise my face before and then I realize that it's ruining my face when I stop moisturising my face I saw the deference
I shave once in two weeks. And for the blade, I don’t have specific number of times as it depends on the razor you are using but you’ll know when the razor is gone bad by looking at it only, hope it helps💕
If it is effective for you then that's good. But the risks are there, I'm speaking from my personal experience. Shaving did bust me out so badly (even when I tried to avoid areas with active acne). When I stop shaving my skin gets a lot better. Instead, I use chemical exfoliant such as BHA 2% to take care of the dead skin cells without potentially hurt the skin surface.
No offense but shampoo is meant ro wash ur hair not ur face . Maybe it worked for you but i highly doubt its a sustainable option for the long run and can be damaging on long term use . So pls stop spreading misinformation.
@@Pixiemaniac it worked for me and my friends! You have fungal acne.. the zinc pyrithione in the shampoo helps reducing the acne! So I did my research and not false claiming! You can also use it as a body wash! It gives better results in few weeks! Icing after that gives clear and glowing skin
