I recreated this Regency dress from a museum

I'm recreating another extant Regency-era gown, this time in a teal Indian block-print cotton fabric that has a similar look to the original and altering a commercial sewing pattern to get the fit and design right. Only this time I'm referencing just a handful of poor quality photos to I have to guess as to how some pieces of the dress are supposed to work.
