Very nostalgic. My best years till I finished in 1973. Great memories of Fr Udumula (he had rare jet black Alsatian), very strict but kind. Great teachers like Mr. Rosario, Mrs Rosario, Mr KC Reddy, Mr. Ralph, Mr. Lucas, Mr Burder, Raghupathi Sir, Mrs Andrews, Mrs Arleen, Sr Antoinette, Sr. Agness. Mr Huffton with his dog Lyka. Very nice to watch this. Thanks for posting. My two sons spent 12 years at St. Patrick's High School, Secunderabad. My husband also studied there. Remember attending so many "Parent's visits" and Annual Days. Brings back a lot of memories.
thank you, you have taken me back to the good old days of innocence until the ninth grade, i did not think about why i was coming to school and for what we need to be disciplined. the punctuality and discipline i learned at the scholl 1972 to 1982 helped me become who i am now. As a gastroenterologist in massachusetts, i give credit to my school for lots of wealth of knowlwdege it let me gain thru books, friends, poetry and beyond. i fondly remember raghupathi sir. thank you once again

Beautiful memories! Looks like we are from the same batch! Raghupati sir, I believe, is the best Telugu teacher that anyone can hope to have. He made everything so interesting! Yes, our Social Studies sir, Mr. Lakshmipathi, what fond memories. Pages and pages of test writing was the ticket to 80%+, or so we all thought! It is pure serendipity that I realized that one of my very fav directors, Sekhar Kammula is my classmate. I just realized it yesterday evening as I watched a clip on Maa TV.

I am delighted to see this video. I Joined St Patricks High School in 1975. Father Mathaias was the Principal at that time. I remember Father A J Thamby conducting a lesson on Sartorial Fashion., Father macedo who was from Campions Trichy was also there. The day I joined I flunked Hindi with Zero Marks. Father Mathaias knew my first language was not Hindi and gave me an encouraging smile. Next day with all nigh out studies I scored 80. . Before Joining SPHS, I Master Lucas taught me Hindi and Master Ralph Maths. as I needed to pass an entrance test to join the school. I did clear the exams . Looking back now, I reminisce at the love and affection with which they taught ,. In my class ie 10th Std, I remember Jagan Mohan Reddy who was the class lead., Dilip Rendalkar who was my friend. Shekar who came in from another school and used to demo some karate and kicks. Charles , Shyam Sundar was a good singer, Patrick was son of Master Ralph. Master Lucas was gracious In waiving off my fees in those days. Wonderful people .. Thank you Sammy J for this post and flooding me with such wonderful memories

I studied at St. Patrick's from 7th through 10th class (1972 - 1976). I had the best time there. I used to look forward to Raghupati Rao's Telugu classes. He was such a great teacher. He is so good at narrating stories. I also had Lucas for Hindi, Ralph, Lucas' brother, for Mathematics (Ralph's son Patrick was my class mate), Devasaya and Hanumantha Rao for Science. It is at this school that I made friends with Satyaprakash who is to this day is one of my best friends.

Hi ! I am P S Praveen from 1985 X 'C' batch, to be precise ! The only thing I am always happy about is my days at this 'great' School. I fondly remember Raghupathi Sir - my mentor. Also Lakshmi pathi sir, Ralph sir (unique maths teacher), P S Sir (Biology), Indira Teacher (English) and many more. Can't forget the 'Quadrangular sport's meet' where our guys just excelled; the 'Canteen' for Samosas and Fatafat. I can just go on and on...Thanks a lot Sam for the touching video ! God bless you.
How can any one forget the marks we scored by answering pages and pages in our social studies of our beloved Lumbupati (Lakshmipathi sir) and the stories of Palnati veerula kathas our beloved Raghupati sir narrated us. Also i cannot forget that he told us about the invention which would one day come is that There will not be any road accidents. When automobiles collide, they would pass each other without damaging each other.

Iam proud to say that my benchmate in 8 and 9 class is KK Shekar, who is now known as Shekhar Kammula, the famous director of Dollor Dreams, Anand, Godavari and Happy Days.... I collected some pictures of my classmates while going to college. They are KK Shekhar, Suman, Joseph, Srikant Badiga and Y. Rajesh.
