You're definitely one of the best throwing youtubers because you know how to explain whats correct and incorrect and you can physically show us that. Major respect for you man. Keep up the amazing work!

Jordan, isn't your right foot hesitating in the middle and heel dropping? Is that what you want? Looked better later than earlier in the video.

Throws Coaching my middle and finish are the worst part of my throw, a lot of things I still need to clean up. I don’t know what you mean but likely anything related to my foot in the middle isn’t ideal yet

@@LifeofJY I am being careful in my analysis to not presume that I know more than you. So I put forth my thought as a question. As I did see the situation improve later I thought that you may have caught it during your training and corrected it. Basically I'm trying to learn how to analize technique better. And then comes the really hard part of how to fix it

I have a thrower who does quite a bit well, but I can't get him to hit the second single leg support position (back toward the sector) with his non-throwing shoulder lower than his throwing shoulder. This, of course, totally throws off his orbit and results in a prolonged pull from the low point. Do you have any suggestions to fix this? Also, great videos!

GetReal505 I mean ideally the shoulders are level and you get a long pull so I don’t know what you mean. If you have Instagram you can send me a video and I can check it out. Mine is @jordanyoung1993

Need your advice. My son received 2 fouls for throwing. Official told him it's for early separation. How can he fix this? Thanks and great videos as always.

Great video!...You mentioned that the off-arm should not be used, but I continue to hear coaches telling athletes, “Throw the arm!” Could you speak to that or perhaps record a brief segment with your coach on utilizing the off-arm when throwing disc/shot?...And, is the off-arm not essential to blocking and acceleration of the throwing arm when in double support? Thank you and keep up the great work.

Daniel W yeah I noticed that while editing and thought about taking it out but it’s such a vital position for specifically 360 drills. There is some off arm involved out of the back on a full throw but I think thinking about that is mostly not helpful for people learning and ultimately isn’t that relevant to being balanced and over your left/right out of the back

I’m trying to look at as many resources as I can for throwing form, as my only coach is the high school throwing coach, and I’m in middle school, so there is not much time he can coach me. This stuff is really helpful. I’m hoping to beat 100 feet this year. I’m at 95, so I’m pretty close.
