Fun looking deck but I don’t think you can tuck cards that you have flashed back from the GY. Flashback had a secondary line of text that states “If the flashback cost was paid, exile this card instead of putting it anywhere else any time it would leave the stack”. What this means is, if you would attempt to tuck a spell to Neera’s second ability that you flashed back, the card would leave the stack as Neera’s second ability resolves, flashbacks replacement effect would move the card to exile, then Neera’s ability would still trigger.
I get that flipping into an izzet signet sucks but doesn't the lack of early ramp make this deck super slow? Love the deck tho, gonna build a version of mine and I'm currently debating what to do with the ramp

Similarly, Jin Gitaxis doesn't really work, as it only triggers once a turn. It would trigger only on the small spell, not the big one you flip.
