Camp life has come a looong way since Atco’s and wash shacks!!! You could do a quick video like this for each camp you stay in…. that would’ve been an idea over 25-30 years if the tech was as simple as it is now.
My first camp in the patch was January 2005… last ‘house’ on the block in Wabasca… I’ve spent many years in high Arctic and months in hydro camps… 1992 until now. If we’d had the tech to document what we saw then! Cheers! Glad to see you are still trudging along. The key card thing is definitely foreign to people coming out of the smaller camps. Mentioning that it fits in a wallet is a good tip

That's a room at a mine. Those rooms are only for workers, you cannot rent them.
Is it easy to get these jobs and are they hiring often? Do you need a drivers liscence?
A driver's licence is required for most places. Depending on what you do, there should be some opportunities available at many different contractors.
