    Nice ASMR food video haha, really nice to be able enjoy authentic local food in a local joint when it's super quiet.

    Oh man, when you turned down that alleyway to go to the restaurant, I got chills in my spine. My wife has relatives in Da Lat, and that alleyway is one of my favourite places in the world to visit, it's around the corner from my in-laws' house. Such great memories of that area, walking home from the pub and the market, etc. Glad you were able to visit and share it with the world. :)

      Glad you enjoyed it. Dalat is such a special place with interesting little corners.

    • @GLOBIK

    I haven't had true Vietnamese in around 35 years around that time I went to school with a brother and sister from Vietnam and was friends with an elder Japanese cook that only cooked a few days a week in his little restaurant , I knew where to go for good food in my teens had many friends and families then that cooked real food from their countries, now most ingredients are not allowed to be served to public or banned in the U.S.

    • @GLOBIK
      @GLOBIK  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm not sure where you live in the US, but many big cities around the country have vietnamese communities and you can find good Viet food.
      And I would say that most ingredients that Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine use are not banned at all in the US. They're just not commonly used. But you can still find some of those dishes around
