he was trolling so hard with those analogies lmao

mary Scott
That's trolling at it's finest. When people take it literally. You laugh later once you realized you were trolled.
lmaooooo funniest part!
mary Scott laura was crackin up Ebro was lauhhin u can hear him chipha was tryna b pro but I saw him grin n u can hear some ppl in there laughing
What Kevin Hart is saying is this: Don't worry about other people's success. Take care of your shit. Work hard and be as amazing as you can. There's no guarantee you'll "make it", but you'll do better than you would sitting around being negative or wasting time trying to make yourself feel better. People who have "made it" recognize hard work and will help out if they can.
Robert Bloom I’m reading this comment four years later and I love the comment! Having a damned hard time getting back up this time tho... always get back up-these days it isn’t easy too.
Me too... sending encouragement to you today ☀️✊🌼 Getting back up is essential ~ lightness of being and joy is a form of strength
33:42 the part about Dave Chappelle
Em Gee thank you saved me time
+Em Gee Thanks I was hoping for this comment !
+Em Gee legend.

This Guy knows what we're all looking for
Man kevin hart is such a motivating individual i love watching his interviews he blows my mind every time i hear him in a interview he motivates me to achieve my goals
yeah but he wore a dress tho
Gee Jee 😂
He sold his soul to the devil tho lol
That's the main reason why i respect Kevin hart so much.. the fact that he takes time and meet his fan and doesn't act like he is bigger than anyone else is great...
Only him and Gabriel Fluffy Iglesias. They are killing the social part handling their fans.
Wow i know youre jaded now
Kevin Hart's Level Of Realness broke the scale and added another New Level.
He Kept It All The Way 100.
Agreed! Def on a higher level.
LMFAOOO is no one else hearing how funny Kevin is?!?! God! He's hilarious!!
Shit had me rollin!
dude kept making obvious statements that had no connection, and looks like these guys didn't get what he was doing
. Cracked me up
Man he was going nutts. "When they are clouds, and it rains what happens?". The nigga is just charismatic.
We can't forget what Martin Lawrence has done for black comedians
how is his comedy any different from Martin's
*****
To this day, Martin was one of the funny shows ever on TV, predominantly white or black cast.
***** actually Kevin Hart has a comedy tv show its called the real husbands of Hollywood
Johnny Bravo
Shut up^
Johnny Bravo yea martins stuff was pretty pussified, im not sure if it was him that paved the way for dress wearing black comics or if it was Jamie foxx.
"It's about white eggs." - Kevin Hart
"If a cloud comes, and it rains, then what? Think about that." - Kevin Hart
"You got apples, and you got oranges. Which one do you want?" - Kevin Hart 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
"If a cloud comes and it rains, then what?" is actually a pretty good life advise
I hope he is a apple man. -M.I.P
😂😂😂😂 Kevin Hart killed me with his jokes on Rosenberg. Hilarious. 😂
At 26:00 he starts talking about his ex wife. I love ya'll too
gentlemanmob not all hero’s wear Capes 👌🏾🖤
A movie with Kevin Hart, Chris Rock, Dave Chappelle and Mike Epps now that would be a whole new level of crazy, insane, people losing their minds and passing out from how funny it was.
eddie griffin needa be in there 2 lol
WAYANS BROTHERS
It'd bomb so bad
YourBoyDann
steve harvey and even chris tucker!
He's fucking with Rosenburg so much lmao
Who here has watched "Paper Soldiers?" I swear that's one of those underrated Kevin Hart movies that i really enjoyed
Totally agree bro ! One of my favorite Kevin Hart films and it was filmed in the area I grew up in lol Beans was crazy in that movie
For real that movie was to hilarious
Young Los I literally just watched it man... Funny as hell XD
thedudeorsomething98 For real I feel like watching it again Rs haha
@Not Los .....hilarious movie ... cheap but very tastefully done ... actors were amateurs but timely and talented and funny ❤️❤️❤️❤️💯💯💯💯kudos to Kevin for shooting it in Newark and other locations in NJ😊👌🏽
Woodie Allen movies are white movies? This is the limiting mindset that has black movies labeled as such. I grew up loving Woodie Allen and am black as any person on that set. Was "Guest Whose Coming to Dinner" a White or Black movie? Being the age these guys who are on this radio show I can tell them directly about black exploitation and the many many black movies they probably know nothing about, not because of interest but because they are from another generation. I understand what he is saying about Woodie but totally disagree.
The thing about Kevin Hart is that he is being a comedian not a black comedian. Mike Epps lost the fact that due to this he is much bigger. Is Kevin Hart as funny as some others? In some ways yes but in some ways no. Is his comedy better? Yes. There is a difference and this is the reason for his success and people like Mike Epps not getting it and wondering why they are not having the same success and Kevin. Ice Cube, (who Epps was around), got it and thought that he could market what happens in some black communities to the general public with the "Friday" series, then "All About the Benjamins" and was successful. Then moved on, like Hart, to "Are We there Yet?" which has black characters but is not a "black movie".
Even with Hip Hop, my generation created Hip Hop but the youth seem to forget where it came from and don't respect who paved the way as they should. Hart is constantly aware of where his opportunities came from and who paved the way for him. This is the reason for his success. The Rza from Wu Tang is who he is and successful because he takes in all forms of creativity and does not isolate himself into being black. When he was on The Park Bench with Steve Buscemi he talked about the influences of music like Neil Sedaka and other obviously white artists. Tie a Yellow Ribbon was something we grew up on. It was not white music it was music. Just as Woodie Allen movies are not white they are movies.
People like Hart get this which is why they transcend race and culture. Hart is really genuine and grateful which is why people love him so much. A lesson for the others to learn.
This seriously the best interview I've seen from Hot 97. But it is only because Kevin Hart actually managed to shut all the bs out of the room and replaced it with positivity. Much love to the man.
Kevin Heart is the Eddie Murphy of our generation but sometime i dont think hes as funny as ppl think he is but he is still funny ride along was funny as hell
Ebro in the morning? lol Ebro laying down the new world order
LOL i caught that too I think he messed up what he was saying....or nottt
I caught that stealin the show
*****
Martin Lawrence.
TheGamingWhiteGuy word the new martin
This is by far the BEST interview I've ever seen by a man. Extreme honesty from the hip. Lotta respect to this man!
Kevin is a great speaker, one of the best interviews I have ever seen....but he always has great interviews. The thing is he can do it with anybody, that's what happens when ur REAL person. 😇👑✌️

Kevin hart.. ON YOUR WAY TO BECOMING A LEGEND
Yes he is with his way of thinking and breaking barriers.
Kevin Hart is about his business and I love it!!!!
I don't know why Soul Plane keeps getting trashed. It was actually a good movie. I've watched is maybe 10 times.
Soul Plane, Souuuaal Plane. Soul Plane, Soul Plaaaaaane!!!!!! -Grandad (Boondocks)
That's sad cuz it's a shit movie. In my Korean Voice I feel sorry for your mother! "Menace to Society"
The fuck are you niggas talkin bout, snoop was funny af in that movie.
best part: when he tried to explain to his girl why he had to leave her but the plane flew over head and she didnt hear shit lmao
Darrius Heaven lmao that was funny af. also when the dog flew into the engine...
I love how he's going over everyone's head with his satire on advice.
Kevin Hart can't bring back "black" film until he stops playing the same character in every movie and really acts. And works with quality directors.
STOP HATING NIGGA, HES A COMEDIAN SO HE PLAYS COMEDIC ROLES. WHEN HES READY HE'LL EXPAND. BTW HE SAID HES TRYING TO GET RID OF THE "BLACK" FILM LABEL
I feel ya, but he has to oversell himself first because 1.) he is black and 2.)he's a comedian. hopefully in two years we see him in a serious role though.
Do you even know who directed the movies he's been in?
Sharod Boogette Will Ferrell and Jamie Foxx are comedians too but they play different characters. And yes, I saw him say he wants to rid of "black" film and that's why I said he needs to stop playing the same character and work with better directors. And how am I hating?
michaelvilli09 I don't think he has to take serious roles just play a different character in comedies. Like Will Ferrell, he doesn't play the same person in every movie but it's always a funny non-serious role.
That Dave Chapelle shout out was insanely humble and honest. So much respect for him AND Katt Williams (in a separate interview) for paying homage to Dave.
I didn't noticed that Dave is that great until I saw this guys saying it. Then I saw Dave again and wow the guy is really on faia
dude... watch Chappelle show and some of Dave's early works... actually, Dave was fkn timeless man. you can watch anything and you will laugh your ass off
Dave is my favorite!!! Always will be, my Dad and I would always watch Dave great memories!!! Eddie is a legend, Bernie and Kat too. I love how Kevin payed respect ✊🏽 All love
"Kevin Hart isn't funny"?????? WTF?!? Kevin Hart is HILARIOUS! Are you kidding me??
I second that... K Hart isn't funny! Now Chappelle, he was the REAL thing, and as funny as it got - RIP Chappelle.! Yeah, "There IS something/s sick about the
Hollywood environment". and the awakened ones, unlike the sheeple know Hart knows. RIP Chappelle... we all know! #HollywoodIsSick
You still feel like that now?
@@Salo1992ful yep. I haven't seen the special yet, but even if I don't like it, it doesn't change the fact that he's a funny guy. Michael Jordan had bad games; does that mean he wasn't a great basketball player?
Always respected Kev for his grind but now I really gotta give him some respect points for this interview.
"Ok....well either way I am still going to see Think Like A Man 2...this weekend. I am excited about it"
"You should, and I am going to tell you what you gonna do afterwards....you, my friend, are going to Think...about...a man...."
I CAN'T BREATH OVER HERE Y'ALL! LOL
Idk what you all are talking about. I find Kevin hilarious. Yes, he's corny, but I think that's a part of his act. His entire disposition makes his jokes funnier to me. I think he is a goofy person at heart and likes to make others smile. He doesn't go for the killer laugh every time. He can even laugh at himself. But whatever... my opinion doesn't really matter. :)
I didn't honestly think Kevin could sit and give a serious interview. My respect level just went up a notch on my dude. Glad you doing work and doing what your doing for your fans. I'm glad your winning! 1
He's (Kevin Hart) a smart man!
Why is that laughable?
cindypltnm maybe because you (cindypltnm) phrased it that way
JustinBlazzzee Well Mr. Jack Ass, there was more than one person present. I could have been referencing Ebro, Rosenberg as well. But if my phrases bother you, bypass my comment because I simply delete those that are bringing negativity to my comments.
I love me some Kevin Hart!!
Look up Akala.
Chappelle is legend. Him and Chris Rock touch a mic, you have to listen.
He reminds me so much of my younger sister, jokes ,seriousness and mannerisms. I wish they could meet.
Kevin Hart hope to meet you one day, always been a straight up legitimate person. Such a positive person in a world of people that are so negative, good to see someone stride through it. Stateofmind
kev was droppin some knowledge today
Captivating interview, Thank you Kevin
This was an awesome interview! Many people I know say that he has kept a measure of his humility in public settings to this date and that is what would have me continue to support him even now! Awesome!
"the thing about life, you have apples and you have, which one do you want to eat"
I have lived my life by this mantra for years now.
lmao he wasn't playing around, he really needed to leave.
Really good interview, well spoken and I'll definitely still support Kevin!
Wow I've always had a line for Kevin Hart and over the years have even started to go out the way to watch things he's in. However this interview has me like wow I love Kevin Hart. Very well spoken indeed and I'm excited to see more from him.
I respect him so much!!! He dropped knowledge in this interview. He really cares about our culture. Thank you Kevin for opening up these doors for us.
is Dave Chappelle performing again? i hope so
Yeah, he just did a series of concerts in NYC. In May or June I think.
if Dave Chappelle and Kat Williams both come back at the same time stand up comedy basically becomes a two man race... i find it sad how both those dudes have been treated and so happy to know that i will be able to watch new material by both of them soon... looks like a win for comedy...
btw thanks for the reply jascharl
Well Chapelle got called a crack head and Williams was put in a psych ward and had his kids taken away so excuse me for giving a shit... i think it's messed up
just glad they are back on op where they belong
it's called morals... any good man would not take money to compromise himself... they wanted his soul it wasn't for sale
Corey Holcomb is the rawest comedian. Hart shining right now, just like Kat Williams was back in the day, and then when Katt start speaking the truth they pretty much blackballed him and ran him out of Hollywood, so we shall see what happens to Kevin. If he ever starts speaking out against racism, or tries to do something that will benefit blacks economically, like creating jobs, schools, communities, he will be destroyed by the dominant society. Long as he continues to make his money and not speak on anything real he will keep his spot.
I agree but lets not act like kat Williams didn't have a drug problem... that played a lot into his downfall.
kat sniffed all his money away. it was going to black communities but to the dope dealers.
***** kevin hart is number 1. The only thing about Kevin Hart that sells out is his dvds and movies.
***** He might have addressed it in his comment about learning from a mistake. I think that a lot of people don't realize that people can indeed grow from mistakes. So, just because he wore a dress once doesn't mean he has completely sold out. It might have been a mistake that he has since moved from. But people look so deep into one thing that they'll base a person's whole career of that one (or maybe even few) mistake(s). That's not right. If Kev Hart can move on from it, fans of his should be able to as well.
u right cory is funnier than him...he js not out like that...people ain't hip
I got a lotta time for Kevin man, mad respect for the guy and what he's doing right now
outmatched remuneration information isn’t its and keeping expectations destination towards electronic travel menu such as online access possibly somewhere true don’t let us know when we are on there too problem trust don’t have anything to do both
this interview makes me respect kevin hart even more. he speaks really well and knows how to work this business.
Kevin Hart is Real Talk! You got my support.
First 10 minutes and im confused asf wtf is happening?
hahaha
i was laughing my ass of
Comedy is happening
The Dave Chappelle story still makes me laugh. I'm imagining 2 greats being thump by a legend. No matter how big the list gets (as the years go by) all 3 have their unique places among the best.
Hey Kev! You are definitely my favorite comedian right now, and I have been watching you come up and my ribs still hurt from laughing the last few years.
Love how he showed respect to Chappelle cus Dave is that duuude!
Oh brother really... you call that respect? Chappelle is no more - seriously??? Hart is a Hollywood foot soldier, marching in line with the sickness
that is Hollywood. Sheeple no more = WakeUP. RIP Chappelle you [were] the real thing, we will always miss you !
Cipha Sounds' face at 6:14 is me every time Kevin Hart's cracking jokes. -_-
Love the way Kevin spoke on movies... dude is brilliant and funny! Support EVERYTHING he does
I love that the beginning of the interview is Kevin doing his best Jim Norton interviewer impression from O&A
Fame usually turns people into assholes or something worse; Fame's just made him more wise.
lol
The thing about life, you have apples and you have oranges....
If you got grass outside and its growing, alright....
If you want to buy a house, guess what, you need a brick.....
Hahaha, Kevin completely trolled dude and it went completely over his head and from the comments over most of the viewers heads also, that was classic...
And that's why I love Kevin Hart.......Thank you for your time and your talent!
So happy to c Kevin Hart being in a such cool state of mind. I really like what he said, Loads of ppl can learn from this. Respect!
Dave Chappelle is the best black American stand up comedian.
No. Eddie Murphy is.
Chappelle is the best period
Stephen Buckner
Nah chill. Stand up king goes to Dave even Katt said it.
Freedom damn I can't believe I fell for your DP. Got me blowing and wiping my screen like a crazy person lol
Bernie Mack most underrated
One time I was at the mall and I thought I saw Kevin Hart so I yelled "You gonna learn what a long dick looks like today" and it wasn't actually Kevin so the guy looks at me and I pretended I didn't say anything
pahahaha oooh wee
Love the message this man is sending, world need wake up
I truly enjoyed and appreciated that entertaining interview. Kevin Hart really struck oil when he talks about his life, his funny contemporaries, and the night he and Chris Rock both were in awe of Dave Chappelle's set. I have him in my comedy pantheon .
Kevin is funny, talented and hustles hard. Although i thought Ride Along was average, hopefully the sequel will be better. But he talks some real truth in this interview, with humour and intelligence.
You can't get mad at a HATER for HATING
That's a Dude from Philly for you !!! Kev is always humble man. Much love and respect to this man
Am I the only one that is thoroughly entertained by the way he keeps a str8 face and calm voice while speaking pure gibberish and calling it wise? Hilarious 😂😭
he kills me! dying.......
I don't care what anyone says soul Plane was a great movie
Really good interview. I usually listen to interviews done by Opie and Anthony but i sometimes forget how good Hot 97 can be.
I dunno what got into him but this interview is probably the best one I have seen with Kevin Hart. Most are just him being funny doing his thing. But this one? The realness of his vision over him just being the funny man he is, gives me all new respect for him as an artist and person.
lol kevin hart giving rosenberg that loaded lux to calicoe speach
Notice how everyone started hating on Kevin Hart when he became mainstream
Hahah Omgosh I thought the very beginning was serious! I was like, "ongoshhhhn so awkward!" I literally melted of embarrassment for them all for a minute, until I realized it was just a bit.
GB him his a real humbles and great Actor, Comedian and Motivator.. Great to see such a good person
Kevin Hart is truly a remarkable human being. Whether he opens the minds or doors of his own generation, the ones to follow, or those before, this man speaks, acts(as in actions), and understands the language(s) and ethnicity(s) of us all. We as humans on this earth, made from same, eat and drink same elements. Yes, he is a master of and embraces social media. IMO, it's his positivity, determination, and charm mixed with the ability to learn, create and harness not only your own knowledge, but that along the way, is why Kevin Hart fits the role model, if you will, of what "we all" could benefit learning from or as a benchmark for the youth of this planet to follow! Much Love Kev! Live - Love and Be Earth
I hope that he recovers and doesn't have too long of a setback from the auto accident that he survived.
Kevin Hart's humor is unique and genius.
then he gave chappelle shout outs at the end ... much respect kevin ...
Why do people say, "look no ones even laughing", that's such a losers mentality...did you laugh or do you wait for other people to laugh so you can start? So lame.
I love Kevin to death, but 5:19 to 6:14 was the equivalent to bombing on stage lol. That was supposed to get big laughs, and all you could hear was crickets.
I thought it was funny... I felt like Rosenberg wasn't gonna let him play him
I was thinking the same thing
It was funny, they were just being assholes. they had him there to take shots
Those werent jokes that were supposed to get big laughs. Those were "ohh you silly" jokes.
I almost died laughing at that part
wow....hes got a really cool perspective on everything. inspirational and really honed sense of perspective on himself nd his industry. i definitely need to watch some more of his interviews
"You learn not to address it and let people rotate with their own bullshit" such a big lesson learned
34:11 Dave Chappelle/Chris Rock Story. Good stuff
Kev actually spits knowledge
Dude...stop
17:48 Nice said Kevin. "Following a path that's already been paved, but I'm just trying to widen it up more..." So good.
I love Kevin's standup and I could listen to him talk in interviews like this all day, but I'm yet to see him in a movie that I honestly found funny. I watched Ride Along and the parts that made me laugh were the parts that played into his self-deprecating standup persona.
I love kevin hart, dude is real like the meal in front of me
"You're the only one of your kind losing"
Kevin Hart Everytime I think about ways to better myself you say,or do something that makes me never want to give up on my dreams. Wilkes barre, pa need you to have a show
Paper Soldiers was my favorite Kevin Hart movie!
So basically every comedian has to crack jokes everytime they do an interview?? Cant be tired???
That's what Bernie Mac said. As a comedian you'll get tired of being funny eventually, especially when people don't take you seriously.... Paraphrased
I can see what your saying and yeah what Superteefy quoted from B Mac's gotta be true.... but if you are Genuinely Funny its not something you really have to work at in front of people - its because of your personality who you are you know, how you evolved growing up the way you look at things - Kinda like at the end how they were saying Chappelle is just a different kinda dude from the way he thinks. But there aint a man alive that does not also need respect just as much as they want that fame. I thought Hart was plenty entertaining enough just speakin' his mind - and thats good enough for me.
I am happy about this

What's wrong with a film being referred to as black? As if the word black devalues the acting, and story of a film. Wasn't Coming to America labeled as a black film? And went gross over $200 million. 90% of the world consists of people of color. So why would brown or black people in India and South Africa relate more to a story with a entire white cast rather than a entire black cast. Of course movie goers in Europe will better relate to films that majority consist of Euro Americans. If China is the fastest growing market for movie goers. Then black films need to include Chinese actors in their films. In a effort to get a foot hole in that market. Also black films have to tell stories that can relate to people globally. Why would movie goers in France desire to spend their money to watch a black man in drag, toting a hand gun, and talking in ebonics??
***** There is no need to call "A Few Good Men" or "Star Wars" white movies because it is already obvious that they are in fact white movies. When you think of both of those films. Do any African, Asian, or Latin actors come to mind? The United States is a European sovereign nation. Just because it is not spoken as such publically does not mean that it is not. Who are labeling films with predominantly black casts as "black movies"? I've noticed people have a problem with art being labeled as black. Just like people have a problem with Hip Hop and R&B being labeled "black music". I guess Viacom should eliminate the word "Black" from Entertainment Television.
It's a immature way of thinking, that's what's wrong with it.
***** So Steve Stoute's Tanning of America is some bullshit then. If the real reason why black films are not accepted by white audiences. Is because they just don't want to support a black movie. Then Kevin Hart should just say that. Rather than make it sound as if it the problem is the title "black film". A relatable story is a relatable story and should be able to cross all color lines. So if Tony Starks was a black billionaire in a iron suit saving the world. People in the UK wouldn't give it a time of day.
***** You mentioned Steve Stoute. So you truly believe that the majority of white America is comfortable with blackness. If Obama walked around that White House wearing a African dashiki. You don't think the majority of America would have a problem with that. When was the last time you saw Michelle Obama wearing her natural hair? Steve Stoute is tricking people into believing that Tanning of America crap. Your acceptance is based upon how limited your blackness is. If the label black movie is the problem. Then why do movie execs keep using the title if they truly desired to see them succeed.
It does devalue them because then they become a subgenre targeted to a culture instead of everybody. When you see a movie like Hangover, it's targeted to everybody. There's no subgenre called 'white' film, it's just a film. Coming To America is different since it had Eddie Murphy, who has reached the higher plateau in the movie industry. He's a household brand now, not a black film actor. Denzel Washington and Morgan Freeman are others. You wouldn't see them and go 'Oh, it's probably a black movie', it's usually a 'normal' movie. Kevin Hart is beginning to emerge into that household brand name circle of black stars. In Soul Plane, he was under the 'black film' list. With movies such as Think Like a Man, Ride Along to a degree, and his other movies coming out, he's becoming a household. Just go on social media and you'll see memes of Kevin Hart everywhere being used by everybody. It's not devaluing in the sense that black=inferior, but in the sense of it becomes a niche market instead of the entire market.
Wow only half way into it - I under estimated Kevin Hart. dude is super chill I wish him the best
Oh My Goodness he is killing me... "Think About it" Love Kevin Hart much continued success to him
When he's actually being serious, KH is a pretty intelligent dude with a lot of sense. I can get behind his motivation. Kudos, broham!
you ever see Dave Chappelle's Actor Studio interview. are interviews about "why he left". it made me feel proud
For those that don't want to listen to the entire interview. Which part does he start talking about chappelle?
33:50
BY KEVIN HEART BEING HUMBLE AND REAL IS THE REASON WHY HE IS SO SUCCESSFUL
he speaks the truth i love him we need more people like kevin
