The food is authentic Moroccan food that is prepared in household with good mama that know how to cook as sometimes it take 4 to 5 hours to get it done usually slow cooking on charcoal using clay dishes . Now the hassle and buzzle to rush to get thing done the same dishes but different taste ( as for example marinating chicken in lemon a day before it’s cut to 2hout or 30 min etc )
Thank you for thos beautiful vlog but if you like eat à exceptionnal food in morrocco , go to tanger in the north morrocco i think thé Best place in morrocco for eating, thé excellente foot good continuation for you and yoir familly your are welcome

You can eat anything for 10 times less, but sometimes you pay for the experience (not just the food), and when people are visiting other countries, they want experiences.
