- Modeled after its real steel counterpart, the ProForce release of the SIG SAUER® MCX Virtus Airsoft AEG (Auto Electric Gun) Rifle does not disappoint. With a Full CNC machined receiver, integrated M-LOK™ handguard, 3-position telescoping stock, open full-length picatinny rail for the addition of sights, and a modular locking accessory mounting system. The MCX Virtus is an airsoft BB slinging brute with 120 round mid-cap magazine that keeps you active and engaged on the firing line.

- For Best results use 11.1V LIPO battery and appropriate charger.

Damn. SIG knows what's up. I'm glad they went with mlok instead of key mod.
Personally I would have preferred a GBB version over AEG for firearm training. More realistic recoil and muzzle report profile.

I actually own a real version of a SIG Sauer rifle which ist the M400 Sport, a basic and classic version of the specific model. But I would also buy an AEG version as well, as I am also an airsofter, so I'd like to have one of these beauties when practising airsoft. I would definitely buy this airsoft version of the rifle, as I am aware of the high quality build and parts that SIG use in their firearms. I've been looking for a local dealer for a long time, but today I've found what I was looking for, so I am up getting one for myself.

I bought one it last week. It great eag rifle. Theres three things on qc is: wiring in magwell and cant get mag in wiring.
Thead lock glue on the flashhider is hard for people to change out. It taken me 45nins to an hour with heat gun. I managed.
Everything else is a great rifle. Shoots very well

You can find adapters for the real MCX that will adapt to a buffer tube, and that'll work on here.

are the pistol grips replaceable with aftermarkets?
The pistol grip is where the motor is housed for airsoft guns. In order to use aftermarket pistol grips, you would need to ensure that there is enough room for the small motor.

To those bragging about GBB, albeit pricey, there are conversion kits if you want your AEG to be HPA with recoil but you should ask yourself if the burden that comes with high pressure canisters and all possible leaking problems that you may encounter are worth the mess, the money and the time.

Da ist im triggerguard versteckt schon n F drauf. Egal wo die AEG verkauft wird, war bei der M17 auch schon so. Nur so als Gedankenspiel, wenn man kein Bock hätte auf die überhhöhten Preise der deutschen Retailer zu zahlen könnte man sich ja mal im EU Ausland umschauen...

Police forces around the world also train with them. There are videos of it on YT. It's just way cheaper than simunitions. Airsoft rifles, especially GBBs are handled just like the real one, minus the difference in recoil management. so yes, training with airsoft rifles IS a thing.
Travis Haley plays airsoft with his son all the time...
T-rex arms also did a video on how skills in airsoft can translate into real steel shooting.
