I own and have loved the BERNY Orange Man for a few months now. It is all what you said and so much more. It is a conversation starter for sure. That compressor barrel look is so different and just stands out in the crowd. I recommend it as a must have.

Hey thanks for this awesome review! I noticed your strap is almost fully ratcheted at it shortest, 2nd from the smallest strap hole. May I ask the size of your wrist? I am rocking a 6.25" wrist and I'm concerned the strap is still too long while using the shortest hole!
I have had mine for a year now. The band loops are so loose that mine got unlatched when I was taking off my jacket, fell to our stone floor and dented the top of the case. Rest of watch ok. Wish they had beveled the top of this case like they have other ones, then it wouldn't look quite so thick and piston like. Other than that, I still love it on a nylon band.
Please help!! I’ve had my Breny for a year now and it’s been great! But…. I took it off for 3 days and now I can’t get the date window and the day window to sink. They both change at random times of the day and I have to reset it sometimes twice a day! Help!
I have bought this watch (together with the Berny rail watch style watch) during the AliExpress sale and I am very satisfied with it, it is incredible value for money and has a fresh, original look. Berny has its own designs and I will be looking forward to new models. The only tiny little thing I don't like about it is that changing the day of the week does not feel / sound very nice, maybe it is just the particular movement my watch got, or can you maybe confirm this? Ah and one thing to note is that usually the watch comes on a metal bracelet, I think you replaced it with a different one in your video. I like your way of assigning scores in different categories, that really helps with putting the watches in perspective.
I agree on the date change feeling a little loose and clunky. At some point the price and complexity of the movement comes into play. As to bracelet, you can choose which at purchase. I chose the rubber strap at watches under $100 usually have crap bracelets.
@@NickofTimeWatches Oh I did not see this strap option at the time, it looks nice. I usually go for the bracelet and in this case it is quite good, it has a bit of weight to it and is nicely finished. The thing I cannot stand about some bracelets is a cheap pressed clasp or when it feels too light, this is not the case here.
Berny make really good and well made watches. I just wish they could use better movments. Berny actually have a commercial pressure tester so that 200 meter will be reliable.
I've been wearing my Berny I got from the AliExpress sale one week now. I love it so far. I got the full lume model on the Milanese bracelet. Runs about +3 a day can't complain
That’s really solid performance. I love that they’re expanding their line now too with the Grand Seiko looking one too. I ordered one today from the sale. Insane value.
On an automatic watch with a manual wind, there’s usually a point where it stops applying the turning motion. If you think about how an auto works, the rotor has to always be allowed to spin, even when the watch is fully would. So there’s a “clutch” of sorts once fully would that disengage the turning from the winding.

Berny watches are often loud, but fun. It's a brand to keep an eye on, as they refine their range.

can you manual wind it with knob... or is it only a automatic wind ?
Yes, I’ve just tested now from dead and can hand wind to get things moving. Like most autos I don’t believe there is a stop when fully wound.
