You're very welcome. I connect the iPhone to my Mac and use the quicktime player on OSX to screen record the iPhone. Then I bring it in to my video editor and highlight as needed.

Thanks for all this valuable information! Do you have a video which explains and give examples of how to size the pictures correctly for social media post. Ex what size is the best for Instagram and which app is best for it.

Great, glad it was helpful. I didn't spend a lot of time talking about formats for social and exporting. However if you check the crop section you can see various crops for social available, including the square format for Instagram, and 3.2 or 16.9 could be for facebook etc. When it comes to exporting you can tap on the export icon and then share and select from the social platforms that are installed on your phone.
