These things are tank I use for commercial use 4 the year running starter died in 2 ND year rope broke once , changed spark plugs once in 2 year. Always use synthetic oil
The main breaker to the house coming from the city is turned OFF. (ALWAYS OFF WHEN THE GENERATOR IS PLUGGED IN) in the panel you will need to add a 50 amp breaker just for the generator. (When the generator is not plugged in, the breaker has to be in the off position when the city power is on). When the city power goes out, you go to the basement and turn off the main breaker off(city power) and turn ON the generator breaker. Then turn all breakers off on the panel. (Fridge, stove, lights for each room of the house, ac…..etc) , now go outside and start the generator and plug in your extension cord to the house. And finally now go back downstairs to the panel and start turning each breaker on. Don’t use the stove and ac at the same time or you’ll blow a breaker. When the city power goes back on, just reverse all the steps. This is how I power up my house and my steps that I do. I’m not an electrician so I’m not responsible for what you do at your house.
@@leskivoutdooradventures83 ah ok, so i would need add 50 amp breaker for the generator even though there is already 50 amp breaker for the ac in the panel ? and what other accessories do i need to hook up the generator with the ac?
amzn.to/3lUgni8 amzn.to/38TvXHP amzn.to/3lUgHxm Cheapest way is to buy the plug ends that I included in the links and go to Home Depot and get 50-100 feet of stove line and use that. The thicker the line the better( The line will hold more amps). That’s what I did at my house.
Keep several copies of the recipe when you buy because they know it’s under warranty but without the receipt you’re fk by this brand Just so you know 😢
Going to buy that exact same generator. Thanks for making this vid 👍
I have four Champion generator´s .I love it.
Been over a year still running strong? Thanks
I am so happy you bought it
Is it powerful enough to run a kitchen stove?
Will it run a mig welder at 220 volts ?
When you said yada yada it made me think of the Jerry Seinfeld episode 😂
I made the same face you did when it shook when shutting down. Loved your face expression! Was the shaking a problem?
Lol, no it’s works great. Powers my whole house with my 2 ton AC and stove on. I’m very happy with the generator.
@@leskivoutdooradventures83 thanks a lot for the video! And reply.
