Im on switch, play offline. After my ghosts not unlocking amd leveling up (except for ectoplast and overlord) the new updae finally fixed that issue Now tho, after i fight garakka it doesnt unlock him. And i cant tuck my pants into boots anymore.
Garraka is basically a skin for Overlord as opposed to a whole new ghost. As for the boots, there is a toggle on the footwear selection screen that allows you to tuck or untuck your boots. Hey there! Yes of course. Firstly, it is on Switch. This video was recorded from the Switch version. Second, you will need to complete the Garraka Bounty and unlock the skin. Then, go to the ghost realm and select the overlord ghost and customize it. You should find the Garraka skin there.
Garraka is a skin for the Overlord ghost rather than its own character. You have to have Samhain first, then choose that ghost, and you will then have the option to choose alternate skins and colours. If you still can't access Garraka, you can reach out to the devs on Social media like X or Discord. You can even catch them during their Twitch streams.

This game is so bad because every time I try to log in I can't it just loads the whole time
Your internet is probably crap that was my problem I now have better internet and now it loads granted it’s 06 Levels of loading
