I really think it's time to use alot more cities for movies because doesn't it get boring seeing nothing but NYC,la and anything California in every movie.
This is like one time in my country where this new neighbourhood is nearby international airport and the residents held a protest because of the noise of aircraft take off every day. The Civil Aviation Authority said it's either government have to move the runway or you move out from your house.
Some home owners complaining but you know when they sell their home they won't forget to mention that this is where fast and the furious franchise has been filmed. 😂
Wrong, the Street Takeovers are the ones who do stupid stunts and burnouts, they are a major problem not the Street Racers. There is a huge difference, and Street Takeovers need to be taken down for good. I remember being in middle school when Fast and Furious hit theaters in during 2001. I can't believe that it took people 20 years to find a reason to protest against the movies, sorry you guy's are too late. They didn't complain about Fast and Furious 4 when it was being filmed in LA, guess they forgot about that. You people need to stop complaining go get yourselves a tuna sandwich, a bottle of Corona and enjoy the damn movie. Fast and Furious movies 1-4 were about Street Racing, that ended in 2009. People seem to forget movie franchise was reborn in 2011 and only feature one scene of Street Racing, so you guys are making a big deal for nothing. Los Angeles is where Fast and Furious begin and it should be the city that ends the franchise with Furious 11.

While I agree with you on living there, I dont think a 2010 work truck f150 "trying" to do burnouts is exactly what we'd call an enthusiast. Its like when you see a fast sports car on the freeway and then see someone in a 1995 POS following close behind trying to keep up with it.

We did stuff like this in Japan, except we didn't block off any roads, it was always a stretch that didn't have many homes, no sidewalks, and no intersections and we had a guy posted at the top of the runs and at the bottom who used radios to let each everyone know when cars were coming so we could slow down and drive the speed limit. As for drifting, we were always in the mountains with the same setup so we didn't bother people. I would say these guys are going too far but considering the location these people are living at, they can't be TOO surprised. I feel like this would have been a talking point before buying a home in the area.

After living in LA for 2 years I finally got to see the house last October lol but I literally just had my friend park across the street of it and I took a picture in front of it and I live that I have that memory before they stopped filming, my fav movies of all time. But for me personally just because I have celeb friends and so Hollywood never phases me with being fan girls, I can see why neighbors get irritated at night and you do gotta respect the people who may have been living there before the movies started and production/cast would not wnat that to be happening, it literally warns people at the beginning of every movie that some of the stunts are fake and performed by professional drivers. I don’t wanna sound like a Karen but because I care about the movies and cast so much, if you want a chance of these movies not to end and to have spin offs, don’t ruin the chances by making the public and state thinking it attracts dangerous and reckless fans. It’s a neighborhood too like someone or a child could really get hurt. Don’t ruin the chances for everybody and put a stereotype on all of our backs.

I think sideshow and burnouts in public roads has become such a common thing everywhere in California that it's just a coincidence it's happening where Fast and Furious 1 was filmed. It's easy to blame that film but it's more of a lawless culture problem than anything imo.
