And don't forget Mad Magazine!!
German title was never "Cool magic with Lisa". It was Lisa - Der helle Wahnsinn (Lisa - The Bright/Total Crazyness)
The television show wasn't actually that bad. Then again, I was a teenage boy at the time, so I would have liked just about anything with a hot girl in every episode lol
In Germany this movie is known as "L.I.S.A. - Der helle Wahnsinn" to this day which translates to "sheer madness" but also has a play on words in it as the German word "hell" means "bright" with the same connotations as the English word, i.e. "smart, intelligent".
The German title named in the video was just an alternative title that I personally have never seen (but is listed on the German wikipedia page). It reads "cooler Zauber mit Lisa" and does not translate to "call magic with Lisa" (as said in the video) but rather "cool magic with Lisa" as most might have guessed.
