The thing that the gastornis mut is missing is the tiny arms. The terrorbird mutation is just fine because it shrunk the wings, yet it still kept the tail. Probably a design restriction set by the devs if I had to guess. Don't want it looking TOO different than the original. Still a very blurry line in the sand, that one is.
