The problem you have with IGT slots I had with thunderkick slots on videoslots for many months, after they had been looking in to it for the 100th time they could see that the reason it always gave me an error on thunderkick slots was because I had set my time reminder on like 99999999999 minutes and that made it stop me from playing thunderkick slots for some weird reason, once I put it down to 240 minutes it worked again so go to your account and see if you have set a very high time limit.
