I’m a huge Christian fan. A bright spot in the pg era. He should’ve held the world title in 2011 and gone over randy in the fued. They should’ve gave him a long run or at least a few runs before he “retired” in 2014. He would’ve brought so much prestige. They had a chance at redemption at summer slam 2013 and didn’t give him the title there either. He was always just underrated and awesome in everything he did, should’ve had plenty of strong world title runs.

It's incredible how smart Kenny actually is. I'm sure some of this is also input from others, but the way his character subtly changed over the years from NJPW to AEW is actually amazing. I think he knew western smarks would be sceptical of him, so he added that into his character. They say he can't do promos? He deliberately talks "cringe" and gets Don to be his mouthpiece. They say he's not a legitimate fighter? He gets the good brothers to back him up against opponents. It's hard to do get heel heat these days, but he figured out a way to do it by using some 4th wall breaking. Basically, he knows so-called "true wrestling fans" will never accept him, so he decided to play to all the stuff they don't like and turn it up to 11.
Also, can't talk? Lol, things that come out of his mouth become memes. He's been doing it since the BTE days. I'd say that's promo ability.
