    For the first question in 29:08 instead of using y=mx+c to find p, i used change in y/change in x and rearranged the equation to find p. Like this:
    (p+1)/4=5
    4x5 = 20
    p+1 = 20
    20-1 = 19
    I got the same answer.

    *CO-ORDINATE GEOGRAPHY- EQUASION OF A LINE*
    EQUASION= *2x -y= 8*
    Let x = 3
    2(3)-y=8
    6-y=8
    -y=8-6
    -y=2
    +y= -2
    1. EQUASION- *2x -y =8*
    The equasion doesn't change.
    2. You need to pick a random number for either X OR Y.
    3. *2x -y =8* ------> *2(3) -y =8*
    I substituted x for 3
    4. 2(3) are beside eachother, so we multiply.
    *2(3) -y =8*
    (2x3=6)
    5. *6-y=8*
    6. You switch 6 to the right hand side because numbers stay on the right.
    *-y= 8-6*
    7. *-y=2* ---------> *+y= -2*
    -y needs to be +y so we change -y to +y. Because we did this, we have to do the same on the other side.
    Therefore +2= -2
    8. *+y= -2*
    9. X axis =3
    Y axis= 2
    Therefore *(3,-2)*

      That's because the X value is 2 boxes per 1 - sorry, I'm bad at explaining. But, one box is 0.5 of X, however on box is 1 of Y because the X and Y have slightly different scales. Does that help at all?

      Straight line graphs find practical applications in various real-life scenarios. Consider financial planning, where a linear relationship might represent a steady increase in savings over time. In engineering, straight line graphs can model the stress-strain relationship in materials. Additionally, they play a crucial role in transportation planning, illustrating the relationship between distance and time for efficient route optimisation.
      Beyond specific examples, the skills developed through understanding straight line graphs, such as logical thinking and problem-solving, are invaluable in everyday life and the professional realm. In the workplace, logical reasoning is essential for decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning. Whether in business, science, or technology, the ability to analyse data and draw meaningful conclusions is a fundamental skill.
      Logical thinking and problem-solving aren't confined to mathematics alone; they're integral to navigating challenges in diverse fields. Emphasising the broader applications of these skills reinforces their importance, showcasing their relevance not just in solving mathematical problems but in thriving in the complexities of real-life situations.
