OMG, I am on my 3rd mobile home flip and I swear I wanted to go home and cry today and wanted to quit. This video is so helpful. I have my next two lined up but have to keep going. Any way to stop lot rent payments until flip is complete?
@@swirvn10 not that I am aware of unless you can negotiate into the deal with the seller or get the park to credit you if your working with the park to buy their repo inventory. Keep going… you’re going to be successful. 👊📈
Only way to avoid that is to negotiate lot rent on the front end. It can certainly become a big expense! Do not ever hesitate to reach out to john, he always posts his email and will always get back to you. Also check out his website.
