    Its amazing how a set of magnets and wire coils are able to turn an extremely heavy load of big wet towels

    I really appreciate your making the time and effort put into making these videos - I truly do. But, when it comes to the LG front loader, some people such as I might want to see the sensing portion at the start. A stationary tub doing nothing but filling with water we don't need to see. But, the loading sensing routine is as entertaining on an LG front loader as 10 minutes of tumbling in the wash portion (*that*, you could speed through).

      I agree! I love watching the load sensing process. That is so neat to me. And it's not just a gimmick, depending on your load size and additional info it really adjusts the wash time. Every so often I load the washer to the max just to see it sense the load and give me a time. LG is THE best.

      This gets better with the new LG AI DD washer. The sensing is shorter, but the machine knows the weight of the clothes, their softness, and what kind of clothes are inside.

    Whenever I do towels like this in mine i always get weary at the beginning that the towels are knotting up, but after a while like this they wash perfectly. I recently got a 2009 Miele W4449 and even though that washes really good too, I do miss a recirculating System.

    I love this washer and almost got one, but I wouldn't be able to bear with these long cycles. I ended up getting the Maytag Commercial Washer. Couldn't be happier with the 30-40 minutes washes.

      @@ericdolby1622 Those old boat-anchor top loaders use well over 70 gallons, even more with the oh-so-Americanized features of " deep fill, deep wash, deep drain, deep spin, deep everything" that Whirlpool now uses to convince people to buy their cost-cut water and power guzzlers that they haven't fundamentally improved for over 60 years.

    Ive had my Lg 3460cw washer for 6 months and it works and washes cloths very very good the only complaint is that it does not soak the cloths well enough. I wish Lg would have made a turbo wash even on the basic Lg washer with at least with 1 water jet soaking the cloth it would be so much better and the cycles would not have to be so long. A heavy load on the normal wash cycle takes 1hr and 40min and from that it takes 15min to soak the cloth because of no turbo wash but other than that its a excellent washer.

    I bought this matching set from ABC Warehouse & I was just getting ready to register them when I realized they gave me the 4370 model! I’m upset because even though the 4370 set cost more I wanted the 3900 because of the new turbo wash 360. ABC is closed right now so I have to call in the morning 😡

    I don’t get the point of this video. The towels appeared to be clean when they went in. Shouldn’t they have been dirty to see how well the washer cleaned them? Isn’t that why we do laundry in the first place?

      yea the load is just a little out of balance

    • @jamessutton9169
      @jamessutton9169 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's the "resonance" phase of the building speed--a known phase of the speed-up of something not 100% balanced. The programming built into these machines take that phase into consideration--if sensors find it's not too bad, it will increase speed quickly to get beyond that phase.

    • @maurjul
      @maurjul 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jamessutton9169 I know there should be some shaking due to unbalanced conditions. No doubt. I just didn't think it would be that bad that it sounds like something is breaking.

    • @jamessutton9169
      @jamessutton9169 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@maurjul I agree, sounds of breaking is not good. Does it ever give up on a spin & slow to tumble & speed up again? Maybe you have a sensor not working.
