Sweet pickups brother man 💪
Glad to see your water-less / rinse-less method as it is almost exactly what I’ve been doing with a vintage mustang, I did a full recon process and then the jesscar/colonist process and now I’ve been using absolute from p &s but I have it in an ik pro 12 sprayer and I will spray it down then use the sponge and bucket , if I didn’t go very far . I’ll just spray it and use like a towel per section of car but it’s been working real well bc I don’t drive it but a couple times a month and usually it’s just a short drive or to a cars and coffee etc but it works really well in this type situation bc the car really never gets dirty.
Where does hero fit in compared to absolute or mckees?
I replaced absolute with hero, I honestly really like it. I still use 914 for cleaning cabinets and countertops and stuff like that, but I prefer hero on my cars. I like the overall user experience better, the scent, the slickness, the minor amount of protection it leaves behind. Its easy to wipe off with a panel wipe if you want to use it during your polishing process, its available in gallons, not expensive, etc.
How do you like the OG Drying Aide? I've thought about trying it out. I currently use Phoenix EOD Titan as a drying aide and like the enhanced gloss and slickness on my car's paint. It would be interesting to see how it compares to the OG product.
OG drying aid is currently my favorite, I have titan here but haven't used it yet. Ill be sure to comment on it in the Phoenix EOD videos when i get to them.
