Call me a conspiracy theorist, but I think these limited units feel "incomplete" because SmileGate kept the Awaken Potential imprint part of their kit unreleased.

She feels like a nerfed watcher. Watcher pens 100% no matter what and can crit.
That was actually my biggest concern with that update. Them piecemealing units to sell the full thing through imprints.

Now I do hope this new units get buffs since they're pretty good but it's true, they feel very incomplete, only ML Ludwig feels very complete, even tho he feels he's missing something.

She needs a speed down on her s2 and then maybe make it so if she kills, she either resets her s3 or decreases the cooldown
Oh, hey mate, I think you're onto something. A speed down debuff would be way better than a speed buff because of the synergy it creates with her kit. Good stuff!
I'd also like it if they would let her reset on kill, yeah. After her first S3 she just... sits there. If they decide to decrease the cooldown, maybe make that the soulburn instead?
While byblis was definitely usable when she first came out, Blidica definitely needs that emergency buff that smilegate gave Byblis. Once she kills one obnoxious unit, you have to deal with 1-3 more obnoxious units. And she cant do anything after her s3.
Yeah, agreed. And that's assuming her S3 even kills. To guarantee it, you're stacking so many debuffs that you're practically winning anyway. If your opponent has 10 debuffs on their team, any DPS unit could do what B.Lidica does.
Ive used her in my nahkwol ml ludwig cleave because i wanted to try and use her vs the karinas ive struggled with and her damage was kinda tragic, even vs base speed ml landy with max stacked debuffs she barely 1 shot it (16k dmg vs 15k landy, shes 21k hp with 249 spd 100 eff on her banner arti) she just needs a damage tweak and i think shed be fine
Edit: now that ive seen more of your showcase matches, i think she should be more like a seaseria in how she functions, a kog in a cleave/aggro teams machine. Maybe they need to make her s2 push up and apply another debuff, and make her s3 do more damage so she can act to close a match sooner.
I think her s3 is fine except for a little more damage to just kill Candy, ML Ken, and othr similar def scaling units with no issue. Either making her s2 add like restrict or bind (Bind seems insane but could be cool with the plant theme) or just give her more scaling on s3 and more speed for faster cycling
I've been finding the most success with her paired with Nahkwol, honestly. The attacks trigger her S2 and the soulburn ignore RES full strip that Nahkwol has sets her up perfectly. I've been reading the comments and you guys have some pretty neat ideas. I just feel like she's missing _something_ to make her really shine.
It doesn't matter if she's lacking or op. It's Lidica. There are waifu rules. All must obey the waifu rules.

i saw someone praising smilegate for releasing “balanced” units when talking about bidica, and like good on you for staying positive, but it’s just so blatantly obvious that she’s incomplete. s2 is a cool idea, except it procs aiden and enables aol’s s2 and lhc cermia passive, doesn’t full strip, and only inflicts unbuffable on a character that needs 10 debuffs in order to reach max passive. s3 is super nice with its speed defense penetration except bidica doesn’t have a speed buff or speed down in her kit and can’t fathomably reach her max speed buff without another unit (which also will go down with less units alive because of less debuffs). she’s a unit that’s meant to counter the current slow meta yet doesn’t solve the ayufine problem without extinction and lacks the turn cycling capabilities of other characters in her archetype with no cr push or spd buff. her s1 serves the purpose that it’s supposed to with the stun, but STILL no spd buff even though she’s OBVIOUSLY SUPPOSED TO BE A UNIT THAT HAS A SPD BUFF IN KIT (thanks awakening potential). overall another character that will have to get buffed before her banner is over bc she’s limited and following the trend of lackluster rgb units being released after awakening potential got scrapped. gg smilegate can’t wait to see the new rgb unit that’s next

B.Lidica is a unit who is exceptionally good at doing a very specific thing, Unfortunately, the thing in question, while certainly powerful, is also very easy to counterpick in RTA, which means you can't just pick her willy-nilly. There will be circumstances where the planets align, and then you can pick her and win a game, but most of the times there will be something on the other team that kinda kills your whole gimmick. She also suffers from the Rimuru syndrome of "annihilate someone turn 1 with your awesome combo, then proceed to sit there doing nothing for three turns". So yeah, she's definitely a fun unit with plenty of interesting synergies to build around, but she's definitely not going to impact the meta in any significant way.
Design-wise, I feel like this is yet another step in the arms race that began a while back with Aria. Whenever someone in China complains about a design in E7 being offensive, the devs go ahead and release something even crazier. People complained about Aria, and then we got Lethe. People complained about Lethe, and here is B.Lidica. Can't wait to see what outlandish design they cook up next lol.
B.Lidica does have some parallels with Rimuru, the main difference though is that Rimuru is a team player by stealing buffs on his S2 and S3. He can also reliably nuke squishy units and units with HP threshold passives. B.Lidica's kit is very selfish and even more, requires a ton of team support to work. It's just difficult to pull off given all the variables that go into a draft - not even counting the RNG that happens in a match.
She look like the slowest dps ever, it's ironic with her speed gimmick, but even inferno khawazu can activate and do his job easier, and lethe have a kill condition every 2 turns.
As thanos said in infinity wars : "all of that for a drop of blood". Her S1 should also be a threat , look at Galla lilias, she kill turn 1 by herself, only one condition to cover and her S1 is killing left & right.
She takes way too much to set up, I agree. She feels kinda like a win more unit than anything else, really. If you have that many debuffs on your opponent, you should be winning regardless. Any DPS unit could get the job done under those circumstances.
Giving her an ignore damage share would fix a lot of issues I feel. She has an interesting kit but i agree. It 100% is missing something. Maybe more damage or give her S2 another debuff a better scaling? Maybe go up to 100% instead of 70% or smtg idk
It's something that I'm sure SmileGate has the answer to. This gives me Byblis vibes, where I could feel that something was missing, but I couldn't necessarily pinpoint what it was. SmileGate buffed her beautifully and in a way that I never would've anticipated.
Compared to any other unit in this game. Even ones with extra big personalities. She's the only one who has a gacha unit look to me. And what I mean by that is, you could copy her exactly as is. And slide her into 90% of other gachas without a hitch. Everyone else look like normal characters, you could see appearing in many types of games. But her specifically? Just screams pure gacha.
While it is partly the design, I think it's mostly the pose she's in.

Also, it's true, since I heard that the awaken potential was made for the new CEO(I think) of smilegate and that person has a past of killing games by making them p2w, so this look of Blidica only confirms that
She really reminds me of Mobius(Hi3) with that crown. Not sure if its some like symbolic thing though
One of the issues with Blidica is that while her S3 allows her to kill her specific targets (kind of) , outside of her S3 she honestly doesn't do enough. She needs a little more damage with her S3 to guarantee she finishes the job she was picked for OR allow her a little more versatility and potentially utilize her effectiveness stat more. Maybe allowing her S1 to proc her S2 (and maybe -1 turn cd for S2) to fulfill more of a control playstyle? She feels a bit incomplete.
Yeah, she really doesn't do enough outside of her S3. Hand Guy does more damage than she does on S1 and she's supposed to be the damage dealer.
she's "average" purely for the sake of needing to rely on someone else to do anything. by herself, she can't kill anything. After she does her s3, she sits there for 4 turns doing...nothing, occasional stun maybe? whoopie. she needs -cd on s3 on kill. or extinction on s3. or ignore damage share on s3.
or they need to revamp s1/s2 to provide something more. Something like, when attacking a debuffed enemy, increases cr by x %. or add different debuffs, like speed down to s2+unbuffable, to potentially work more on her own.
Yeeeah. She's a very selfish unit, but also relies incredibly heavily on teammates for everything. It's super awkward design.
Maybe I've spent a bit too much skystones, but I got her at SSS and I don't have regrets. Hoping that SG will buff her so I can use her with 100% confidence.

Even with some of my best pieces, she still flops in performance. It is probably best to hold off until she finds her place in the game or gets tweaked.
Cr push whole team on passive and reset s3 upon kill would be nice
Smilegate 'makes most peak design of all time' .... also doesn't maker her as broken as ml landy... missed opportunity :'( i refuse to believe their best designed (aesthetically) unit being done so dirty.
They do that with so many good looking units. ML Khawana is still a travesty, in my opinion.

Man I have a question about byblis skill 2. What does it mean by target’s max health related with healing is it for opponents or your allies. When I see something related with target’s max health speed attack etc. I just couldn’t be able to understand the units skills very well.
The best way to build her is forgetting effectines and do a critic build, there, her s2 can also kill, and maybe her s1, together with the s3
I was thinking maybe a speedy type counter build? I haven't used her though so idk if that would work at all
Not sure what counter would really achieve besides add a bit more control potential with her stun. She doesn't gain CR or anything from her S1 otherwise.

Hey guys I’m new to the game. I’ve been playing for two weeks and now I’m struggle to get a good gear. When is the perfect time to farm hunt? Is it when the double drop event happened? Or it’s okay to farm daily. And also I want to manage the stamina too. I need to know the best strategy for this. Thank you.
I already build zahhak, watcher squri, aola, and yulha as my offence and defense team in arena. They are doing pretty well but I think speed stat is my biggest problem and I wanna know how you guys can get 270+ speed stat.

To answer your questions real quick though, you should start hunts as soon as possible and farm as frequently as possible. Hunt buffs are a great time to just spam farm, but you need to farm regularly especially if you're just starting the game!
Stamina really isn't used outside of progressing in story and farming hunts/events. I wouldn't worry too much about stocking up - burning stamina means progression, after all.

Arunka can do better than her. She should land reduce speed not reduce buff duration don't you think.
Honestly, they could just add in the speed down debuff to her S2 and it wouldn't make her busted. It would help quite a bit though!

Yeah, she's not even a threat to standard teams. It's the actually debuffers that you need to worry about.

she has the worst synergy kit ever lol. hp scaling but not tanky at all tbh, performs worse the longer the match goes then why hp scaling,too much counterplay to debuffs, s2 activates lionheart,adin push etc etc, s3 requires too much condition to kill a very specific unit types also no extinction, does nothing after s3 , requires at least another 1 or 2 supporting units to function properly? and even then cant function as a solo dps. she is designed to brick herself, her arti sucks, also not easy to build
