Well in reality it's nearly impossible to destroy a building with a 40mm autocannon, damage and explosion radius are way too exaggerated plus the 105mm gun aren't automatic in a AC-130.
That said, the video is still very satisfying to watch :)

It was not only the plane impact that made the twin towers fall, but also the burning jet fuel which melted the metal structure.
