So cool. Thanks for being a powerful inspiration and leading/living by example. I'm on a mission to bring play to the masses too!

I love your lace-up shoes and socks! They drive my OCD crazy, but I still love them!

I'm showing my mother and aunt your videos, Stephen. I've earlier shown them videos of Ido Portal and they were very inspired, but still thought it was impossible for them since Ido is "young". But you've shown them it's impossible to remain a playful child for the rest of your life, so I give you a sincere thank you for that!
Also, I'm very excited to hear that you will be attending the movement camp in Thailand with Ido. Unfortunately I can't attend, but I sincerely hope that you will have a great time. I know you will inspire the participants there.
Please continue to live a safe and healthy life for a long long time. The world needs more people like you :) Greetings from Sweden!

I believe you meant to say "but you've shown them it's possible (not impossible) to remain a playful child for the rest of your life" because it absolutely is possible to remain playful throughout one's life - continually training the right and left hand and right and left foot to do new novel fun things that enrich the brain at the same time contributing positively to balance, stability, coordination, memory, creativity, and mood… I want people to die young at a very old age. Have a bright clear mind at 97 never having to go to a retirement home or anything like that.

Hi Stephen your are a real inspiration. I didn't know that you invented Freeline Skates. I got them for my son, but he was afraid of them. Now I am myself on them . Great stuff. Thanks

I hope I'll be half at least half as awesome/energetic as you into my 70's. Would like to see periodic updates to see if age has affected your current routine overtime.

Kylie Guy Well - hello there. It was a pleasure to get to know you and your cousin today. I think your enthusiasm is quite wonderful. I guarantee that you will be able to learn to juggle if you do it the way I recommend. You want to go slow and master some individual things that you then put together - juggling. Juggling is about several different difficult things; but each of these separate things can be learned quite easily. That's the secret. That's the secret when it comes to learning anything physically difficult. Divide the task down into very small increments, get good at those little parts, and then put those parts together to make something big. Nothing to it. I am a learning theorist I have spent a lot of time getting better at teaching people to do difficult physical things. Thank you for coming by. Please show my TH-cam videos to everyone you know. That will help me a lot. Goodbye for now

Hello, thank you for the positive comments.
Here is what I am doing these days:
I have come up with a program that contributes mightily to increasing cognitive reserve. Practicing what I teach dramatically improves balance, coordination, stability, memory, creativity, mood, and more. Here is a short video that shows snippets of some of my ideas and what I teach. The clips were taken from a recent talk.
Experts on senior citizen fitness & my presentation at Waterman Village in Mount Dora
I am keynote speaker at the Kennedy Space Center on February 9, 2015.
Here is a review of my presentation from a couple of months ago from the person who hired me.
    To Whom it May Concern:
Think you know what it means to be 73 years old? Think again. Stephen Jepson visited the Adult School of Montclair in the fall of 2014 and made us all reconsider our previously held notions.Stephen is an accomplished artist and athlete - a man who knows how to live a colorful, vibrant life. He encourages everyone to MOVE! Listen to your body, engage at your own pace but move! Stephen has developed simple tools that help maintain the fine neuro motor skills that can be instrumental in the prevention of disabling falls. Stephen's talk is part demonstration and part lecture peppered with personal anecdotes. The audience found this program entertaining and inspirational.
Stephen is an accommodating speaker and his visit was made easy by his desire to share his experience with others. The most important thing that Stephen teaches is that life is an adventure and deserves to be lived to the fullest. He is the embodiment of this philosophy and inspires students to take charge of their own lives.
    We greatly enjoyed Stephen's visit.

    Executive Director

My ideas work. They produce positive results and are supported by science.
    Warmly, Stephen Jepson
