the reason why dangerous ambush is so good on bunny is not because of the extra damage on downed bosses, lighting actually debuffs the enemy with "daze" which counts as immobilize, meaning you are gonna have that 50% extra skill damage pretty much 100% of the time. great guide, thanks for the video.
@@alex_tahiti well you 1 shot all the small mobs anyways, so it would only really help you against stuff that actually survives the first hit, such as Elites and Bosses, your choice.

You said it yourself, there are a lot of videos out there that claim to have the best ult bunny build with hardly any gameplay or in depth explanation as to why theirs is best than the rest, yet you went fully in depth, tested multiple builds and modules, and on top of that even showcased both builds in the relevant content. 10/10 man, keep up the videos i'm convinced you're the best in terms of actual testing. guys this is the highest mix max high voltage build and also the highest mix max dmg output build currently on ult bunny. And yes before you say his build seems squishy yes ofc its squishy we run multiple aggressive slots. Simply put this is a glasscannon build and its because the current content allows for it. Everything can be cleared with low survivability! Now the alternative is swapping xantic catalyst for malachite. This will gives you access to Agony/time distrubition/frugal mindset if you prefer a bit more defense stats and flexibility
Also worth noting if anyone wants to be a bit tankier they can just use a def mod instead of ambush, as ambush isn’t going to be active all the time so it’s the only mod that isn’t helping you 24/7
My bunny is hitting 2.7m damage in lab (2.25m flat, 480k DoT) , this isnt the strongest lol. Im at 17s clears on devourer atm, although.. I suck at aiming at weak points haha. Once I get better at aiming at weakpoints it'll be faster for sure!
@@RestrictedTWO there’s always the reactor, and yeah my bunny hits for 2.4m flat and I don’t even count the dots but either way this is a solid build, better than most other bunny builds I’ve seen on yt 👍

Great build. Ended up with something similar but was using multi talented and elec master. But didn’t know the ambush was pretty much always active. Went from a 1.64 M crit to 1.84 M. Need to farm a better reactor to boost it higher. Thanks for min max video. Helped boost my damage with Ambush knowledge and electrocution acting as a immobilize.

Something that I learned today about Ult Bunny: Currently, her Lightning Emission is bugged; LE snapshots her Lightning charge instead of gradually increasing damage as your charge goes up. It is working as intended on regular Bunny, however. Until they fix Ult Bunny, you will need to cast LE when your Lightning Charge is at 100% to get the full damage benefit. Also, I wonder how this build can be combined with the Multitalented mod? Currently, /r/TheFirstDescendant has a trending thread on the first page discussing this mod and how it's pretty OP for both Bunny and Gley.

If you're playing regular Bunny and you cast Lightning Emission as soon as you are able to (after getting enough charge), you start at no bonus Skill Power Modifier because you used up all your charge. However, as you move/run around to charge up, you gain 15% Skill Power Modifier for every 10% charge you gain even if you're still in the middle of your Lightning Emission cast. This, unfortunately, is not the case for Ultimate Bunny. In order for Ultimate Bunny to gain the full 150% Skill Power Modifier benefit from the 100% lightning charge, she needs to cast Lightning Emission at 100% charge. Basically... When you use Lightning Emission will determine how much Skill Power Modifier bonus you will cap at. EDIT: Corrected my language from "Skill Power" to "Skill Power Modifier".

Great video brother! I like how you took the time to go over each mod and explain your reasoning... only thing I noticed was no elemental resist slot on your boss build? Do you rely fully on your external components for this?
That's a skill issue, you can't make a video for that. Been maining Ult Booty Bun and haven't gone down once up through Frost Walker, and never in dungeons. I think people are ignoring their external components, just a guess (and face tanking too much). HP/HP and DEF/DEF on Aux Power/Memory goes a long way, along with resistance. No shiny uniques, just using regular ultimate externals until I get uniques with the right sub-stats.
The ultimate mod - multi talented. Lightning emission snapshots so you get the 30% multi damage (all attributes) casting a singular skill for the entire lightning emission. I swap to this if I need a little extra horse power. Definitely very good, I suggest trying it out
Thanks for the build. Although I'm still in the works for building her (missing the catalyst slots and high voltage mod) the build works for me well the dungeon setting does at least.
This build is so nice, really hope that we get to have different socket types on different module pages, since I am torn between trying this and keeping my bionic build. Thanks for sharing! I was wondering, when farming, do you ever encounter problems when one mob makes all the others immune to damage, but your ability keeps on targeting only the 3 immune mobs? This is the only big downside I can think of, I'm guessing you have to run into the pack to be closest to that mob so that the ability targets it?
@s8r4 yes I know this exact problem. 2 quick solutions. One is like you said just get close to the non immune mob and also use your ground slam double jump. Other way is of course just shoot the non immune mob. I agree they really need to make modding system better

The gold farm build is kind of scuffed and I don't really use it. I was trying to set something up with Bionic Fuel but because of my mod polarities it's pretty hard to do. You can use the dungeon setup in the video to farm gold really fast.
this damage looks amazing but man how do you survive anything? i assume for solo bosses the whole point is to kill them before they kill you but what about groups? Dead Bride would down you immediately with a dome, one poison puddle from Swamp Walker, etc i can't see it being worth all the forma slots, my maxed build may not be the craziest with but HP/DEF/HP Amplification and Shield conversion i can face tank just about anything without stressing and to me that was worth a bit of a longer kill time. I was a little disappointed the demo boss for the build is Devourer and not an actual test of her endurance. The difference in those 2 HP/DEF mods is 3.6K HP (5000 vs 8600) and 23K defence (23K vs 46K) this is with HP/Spear and shield.
Devourer is by far hardest boss yes every other boss is easy because they don't heal to full HP and shields in 2 seconds. You absolutely don't need anything other then maxed hp mod as everything will die before it can hurt you especially with bunny that gets hit much less then others.
@@wykydytron devourer has so little HP his healing mechanic doesn't even matter, he might heal 25% before I break the generators and then kill him in a minute or less it's just a DPS check for earlier players not an endurance fight, and like I said in that message it might be fine to nuke a boss before they become too much of an issue in solo but then you play a 4 man group, obstructor/frostwalker/pyro hangman, then they don't die in 60 seconds and deal way more damage your probably screwed with this build it's so light on defence.
Quite easily actually. Anything outside of intercepts dies before it can even look at you. For intercepts well, I am making videos for each and every hard boss fight and uploading those so stay tuned!
@@wykydytron Devour is a joke on both solo and group battles. Takes me 1 minute with bunny and I'm using Bionic, so my battle is pure gunfight with Annihilation set for extra dmg.
Beat most of them solo with a much weaker build took 7 mins was very intense surviving is just skill. Some have success with similar playstyles or glass cannon characters in other games so can use bunny to her max potential.
I read somewhere that if you can get gold duration up on your reactor then you can get rid of nimble fingers altogether and but in another crit mod. Havent been able to test it myself yet though.

@JeanRiget_TheTruthSpeaks Reactor you will just have to farm and hope for some good RNG in a target farm spot. If you're not sure where to look its the Level Rewards thing at the bottom when you open your map. For components you can see where the 2 set im using drops from the access menu and the other 2 pieces i have are just hp or def and elemental resist.
just a quick question - why elec specialist instead of electric master? Do the calculations come out as higher damage using elec specialist, rather than the combo of elec skill power boost & the base skill power boost from elec master?
Using the long distance Hook mod could allow for more damage as well with the distance traveled during the thing. But i m not sure what's gonna end up doing the most damage, constant jumping around or constant Hook in circle.

Mostly did my levelling in Echo Swamp at Abandoned Refinery Unit mission, although there's some better levelling spots like the middle reactor in Fortress and the Void Fragment on the right side of Fortress as well.
Current rotation for this would be Forward Base in Hagios. Best way to do this farm is run Broadband Fleet Beacon mission. You can view the current weekly reactor rotation if you open the map then press F or whatever your bind is to look at Difficulty Level Rewards. You can then filter by what you need.
I have a question about something, if you had to choose one of the 4 crit mods on Bunny to remove from the build, which one of them would you remove? As in which of the 4 crit mods benefits the dmg of the build the least I’m asking bc I really want to run a bionic build alongside your 2 builds, but I need to swap out an Almandine for a Rutile

Hey brother! How do you deal with the exceptionally quick mana consumption early on while making your way up. It's hard to maintain a decent amount of mana while killing but ngl the damage is nice.
There are a ton of Ult Bunny guides, and I like yours too, but I'm personally not a fan of everyone pretty much removing the free Malachite slots. They're not offensive polarities, sure, but.... It's a personal opinion on wastage, I guess.
Any clarification on why with ult bunny & high volt, lots of people are still running focus on singular & focus on electric for a large cool down? I have the same as you where im at 22.1 & 22 bc of my reactor so i dont NEED any other cooldown. Another part of it that confuses me, we run electric specialist for an overall boost to all of our skills bc theyre all electric, right .. which is a boost to base electric skill dmg. Then we use skill simp for a skill power modifier. I havent done the calculations on paper myself, but isnt that greater damage overall STILL than focus on electric and focus on singular (fos is a modifier & foe is skill power boost, but its still lesser of a boost than electric specialist) using electric specialist & skill simp together?
Hm, my UBunny came with 2 Malachite slots (the 3 lines), where you have the Front Lines and the SPear and Shield. Did you overwrite those with Crystallization Catalysts?
What’s your recommendation for the best Bunny Transcendent Mod if you do not have Ultimate. I used a module capacity on reg, not knowing much about the recourses until down the line.
Check Access Info for specific mod farm locations. Also do lots of mod combining in Albion. Increasing Mod capacity is from Energy Activators and Crystallization Catalysts
@@MeuiYT Could multitalented give the same or more total damage because it doesn't require the boss to be downed? You would be dealing constant 30% extra damage even while boss is not downed. Dangerous ambush gives 74.7%, but only while the boss is downed. Although dangerous ambush gives more raw damage it is only for a short period of time, while multitalented gives a smaller damage boost but for a longer time. Am I thinking correctly?
No sir, you have to farm it off of hard pyromaniac. If you're lucky you can get it first few tries, me personally 30 some tries before I got it... Good luck fellow descendant!👍

@@eraybaran-p3s i have my thundercage build in the how to mod any weapon video. I did change one mod because i dont use it on gley anymore. Instead of have aiming i replaced it with the magazine capacity blue mod
@@MeuiYT After testing in lab I think Focus on Eclectic with singular and crit damage reactor is more damage than Electric Specialist and a duration reactor.
You can but it is less than ideal on characters other than Gley, Valby, and Freyna. Any high damage weapon that you can move around a lot with is viable for Bunny
@TheOmnipotentBeing It is a pain for sure. I had to pretty much solo the damage on the mouth phase but luckily found someone who knew the mechanic so we eventually finished it. You will need to be able to solo the mouth cannisters or know the mechanic and find someone who can do the other.
Great build. Though I think using the Focus On Electric mod (+77.2% electric power and -6.1% cooldown) is slightly superior. If you don't mind the 0.7 seconds of time that you are unable to recast your 3 (Lightning Emission), which is trivial, you can instead get a reactor with more +damage. Also, this build is very mana hungry, which is fine when killing but is problematic in some cases, like being a runner in Hanged Man. The best mana mods use the Malachite polarity, of which you have none, so it's not something you'd be able to switch to. Hopefully the devs do that "each build can have its own polarities" update soon so this becomes a non-issue.
I wanted to avoid any downtime so that's why I didn't go that route and the build definitely has plenty of damage where I didnt see the need for more on the reactor.

Both of these two build are very great. However I would like to make a request on a build without high voltage for trash mobbing. It would be great if you can share it.
It's hard to make one because of the polarity slots I have unfortunately. The dungeon setup is still really good for trash mobbing. But if you really want to drop it you can do: Bionic Fuel Nimble Fingers Skill Expansion Increased HP Focus on Electric Skill Simplification Dangerous Ambush Skill Insight Skill Concentration Maximize Range You'll have one empty mod slow. You could also drop Bionic Fuel for an additional purple crit mod.
Hey Meui! So was farming some reactors and i got two. Which one is better for the thunder cage bunny. 1) Skill crit rate 30% / damage 32% or electric skill power 0.071x / singular skill power boost 0.08x ? Thanks!

Great build man but you could use use the other purple electric mod because it gives a little bit of cooldown, you need a tiny bit of cooldown to get you to 20seconds on the lightning emissions otherwise you have downtime in it
@@PenguLord thats why he added duration^^ , he doesnt need cooldown reduction if he has more duration^^. u did the other way around. u added coolddown reduction with the mod ))
This is somewhat up to you if you want to make that tradeoff of defensive stats. Those modules are pretty loaded on shield which kind of sucks so you will be squishier for sure. I prefer to have a bit of survivability and avoid them. Hopefully they change these to come with any combination of stats in the future.

Why have spear and shield over increased def? You only get a small 8.1% Increased skill power over a whooping 70.6% in def over spear and shield. And considering bunny is squishy to begin with I feel like def would be more of a priority
@MeuiYT this is one of the problems with youtubers that I've noticed. They don't take player skill level into account when recommending stuff. The majority of players are not as good at the game as you or other youtubers. which is why more def will be better. Another reason why that craig guy is a crap youtuber and gamer.

@immunetosound3144 yes its 100% uptime on everything that doesn't get 1 shot, since a single hit from Bunny 3 is enough to afflict the debuff.

I was using mutitalented for a while it's pretty decent.

Yes resistances are on my components only. It's really not worth taking them in mod slots because they provide a very small reduction in damage taken.
Make a video for all the bunnies showing them how to not go down every minute and a half. That'd be a truly impressive guide.

This is the only big downside I can think of, I'm guessing you have to run into the pack to be closest to that mob so that the ability targets it?
@s8r4 yes I know this exact problem. 2 quick solutions. One is like you said just get close to the non immune mob and also use your ground slam double jump. Other way is of course just shoot the non immune mob. I agree they really need to make modding system better

The gold farm build is kind of scuffed and I don't really use it. I was trying to set something up with Bionic Fuel but because of my mod polarities it's pretty hard to do. You can use the dungeon setup in the video to farm gold really fast.

this damage looks amazing but man how do you survive anything? i assume for solo bosses the whole point is to kill them before they kill you but what about groups? Dead Bride would down you immediately with a dome, one poison puddle from Swamp Walker, etc i can't see it being worth all the forma slots, my maxed build may not be the craziest with but HP/DEF/HP Amplification and Shield conversion i can face tank just about anything without stressing and to me that was worth a bit of a longer kill time. I was a little disappointed the demo boss for the build is Devourer and not an actual test of her endurance.
The difference in those 2 HP/DEF mods is 3.6K HP (5000 vs 8600) and 23K defence (23K vs 46K) this is with HP/Spear and shield.
Devourer is by far hardest boss yes every other boss is easy because they don't heal to full HP and shields in 2 seconds.
You absolutely don't need anything other then maxed hp mod as everything will die before it can hurt you especially with bunny that gets hit much less then others.
@@wykydytron devourer has so little HP his healing mechanic doesn't even matter, he might heal 25% before I break the generators and then kill him in a minute or less it's just a DPS check for earlier players not an endurance fight, and like I said in that message it might be fine to nuke a boss before they become too much of an issue in solo but then you play a 4 man group, obstructor/frostwalker/pyro hangman, then they don't die in 60 seconds and deal way more damage your probably screwed with this build it's so light on defence.
Quite easily actually. Anything outside of intercepts dies before it can even look at you. For intercepts well, I am making videos for each and every hard boss fight and uploading those so stay tuned!
@@wykydytron Devour is a joke on both solo and group battles. Takes me 1 minute with bunny and I'm using Bionic, so my battle is pure gunfight with Annihilation set for extra dmg.
Beat most of them solo with a much weaker build took 7 mins was very intense surviving is just skill. Some have success with similar playstyles or glass cannon characters in other games so can use bunny to her max potential.

I read somewhere that if you can get gold duration up on your reactor then you can get rid of nimble fingers altogether and but in another crit mod. Havent been able to test it myself yet though.

@JeanRiget_TheTruthSpeaks Reactor you will just have to farm and hope for some good RNG in a target farm spot. If you're not sure where to look its the Level Rewards thing at the bottom when you open your map. For components you can see where the 2 set im using drops from the access menu and the other 2 pieces i have are just hp or def and elemental resist.
just a quick question - why elec specialist instead of electric master? Do the calculations come out as higher damage using elec specialist, rather than the combo of elec skill power boost & the base skill power boost from elec master?
Good question. Yes the damage ends up being higher with specialist.
Using the long distance Hook mod could allow for more damage as well with the distance traveled during the thing. But i m not sure what's gonna end up doing the most damage, constant jumping around or constant Hook in circle.
I have switched to this since the video. I just had not put the resources into the mod yet but planned to swap. Definitely worth the swap.

Mostly did my levelling in Echo Swamp at Abandoned Refinery Unit mission, although there's some better levelling spots like the middle reactor in Fortress and the Void Fragment on the right side of Fortress as well.
How is your lightning emission has 22 sec cooldown without any cooldown mods? Mine has 30 sec @11:52
it goes from 30 to 22 with the transcendant mod alone
The transcendant mod lowers the CD by 8 seconds

Current rotation for this would be Forward Base in Hagios. Best way to do this farm is run Broadband Fleet Beacon mission. You can view the current weekly reactor rotation if you open the map then press F or whatever your bind is to look at Difficulty Level Rewards. You can then filter by what you need.

High Voltage and your Capacity mod, then Prio your Health, Then Damage (non crit), then crit mods last.

Yes High Voltage base CD is 22 seconds so 8s shorter

Hey brother! How do you deal with the exceptionally quick mana consumption early on while making your way up. It's hard to maintain a decent amount of mana while killing but ngl the damage is nice.

There are a ton of Ult Bunny guides, and I like yours too, but I'm personally not a fan of everyone pretty much removing the free Malachite slots. They're not offensive polarities, sure, but.... It's a personal opinion on wastage, I guess.
Any clarification on why with ult bunny & high volt, lots of people are still running focus on singular & focus on electric for a large cool down? I have the same as you where im at 22.1 & 22 bc of my reactor so i dont NEED any other cooldown.
Another part of it that confuses me, we run electric specialist for an overall boost to all of our skills bc theyre all electric, right .. which is a boost to base electric skill dmg. Then we use skill simp for a skill power modifier. I havent done the calculations on paper myself, but isnt that greater damage overall STILL than focus on electric and focus on singular (fos is a modifier & foe is skill power boost, but its still lesser of a boost than electric specialist) using electric specialist & skill simp together?
Hm, my UBunny came with 2 Malachite slots (the 3 lines), where you have the Front Lines and the SPear and Shield. Did you overwrite those with Crystallization Catalysts?

What’s your recommendation for the best Bunny Transcendent Mod if you do not have Ultimate. I used a module capacity on reg, not knowing much about the recourses until down the line.

Check Access Info for specific mod farm locations. Also do lots of mod combining in Albion. Increasing Mod capacity is from Energy Activators and Crystallization Catalysts

only Pyro on Hard drops it. I needed to run him 7 times till he dropped it.
Have you tried multitalented module instead of dangerous ambush? Which has better damage output?

@@MeuiYT Could multitalented give the same or more total damage because it doesn't require the boss to be downed? You would be dealing constant 30% extra damage even while boss is not downed. Dangerous ambush gives 74.7%, but only while the boss is downed. Although dangerous ambush gives more raw damage it is only for a short period of time, while multitalented gives a smaller damage boost but for a longer time. Am I thinking correctly?

No sir, you have to farm it off of hard pyromaniac. If you're lucky you can get it first few tries, me personally 30 some tries before I got it... Good luck fellow descendant!👍

Nope. Only change you can make if you want is to use a slayer set but it makes your dash burn a lot faster so its a trade off of mobility for damage.

So I did your build. I feel there is a cool down issue with the farming version? My 3 runs out and can't reuse it for a while
You likely had a cooldown modifier roll on your hard mode dungeon or you dont have skill duration on reactor
@@MeuiYT After testing in lab I think Focus on Eclectic with singular and crit damage reactor is more damage than Electric Specialist and a duration reactor.

You can but it is less than ideal on characters other than Gley, Valby, and Freyna. Any high damage weapon that you can move around a lot with is viable for Bunny

@TheOmnipotentBeing It is a pain for sure. I had to pretty much solo the damage on the mouth phase but luckily found someone who knew the mechanic so we eventually finished it. You will need to be able to solo the mouth cannisters or know the mechanic and find someone who can do the other.

Great build. Though I think using the Focus On Electric mod (+77.2% electric power and -6.1% cooldown) is slightly superior. If you don't mind the 0.7 seconds of time that you are unable to recast your 3 (Lightning Emission), which is trivial, you can instead get a reactor with more +damage. Also, this build is very mana hungry, which is fine when killing but is problematic in some cases, like being a runner in Hanged Man. The best mana mods use the Malachite polarity, of which you have none, so it's not something you'd be able to switch to. Hopefully the devs do that "each build can have its own polarities" update soon so this becomes a non-issue.
I wanted to avoid any downtime so that's why I didn't go that route and the build definitely has plenty of damage where I didnt see the need for more on the reactor.

Both of these two build are very great. However I would like to make a request on a build without high voltage for trash mobbing. It would be great if you can share it.
It's hard to make one because of the polarity slots I have unfortunately. The dungeon setup is still really good for trash mobbing. But if you really want to drop it you can do:
Bionic Fuel
Nimble Fingers
Skill Expansion
Increased HP
Focus on Electric
Skill Simplification
Dangerous Ambush
Skill Insight
Skill Concentration
Maximize Range
You'll have one empty mod slow. You could also drop Bionic Fuel for an additional purple crit mod.
Hey Meui! So was farming some reactors and i got two. Which one is better for the thunder cage bunny. 1) Skill crit rate 30% / damage 32% or electric skill power 0.071x / singular skill power boost 0.08x ?

Great build man but you could use use the other purple electric mod because it gives a little bit of cooldown, you need a tiny bit of cooldown to get you to 20seconds on the lightning emissions otherwise you have downtime in it
My Reactor in the video has duration on it. 22.1 duration and 22 cooldown so 100% uptime
@@MeuiYT that’s strange because when you hovered over the ability it still says 22 second cooldown, the ability only lasts 20 seconds

I have an singular electric reactor general rounds with gold singular damage and purple electric damage with thunder cage mounting will this work?

This is somewhat up to you if you want to make that tradeoff of defensive stats. Those modules are pretty loaded on shield which kind of sucks so you will be squishier for sure. I prefer to have a bit of survivability and avoid them. Hopefully they change these to come with any combination of stats in the future.

Electric Specialist will provide more damage with this build
Why skill simplification instead of singular specialist? Singular has a higher % and your main damage is singular

singular specialist and skill simplification are both attack mods

Why have spear and shield over increased def? You only get a small 8.1% Increased skill power over a whooping 70.6% in def over spear and shield. And considering bunny is squishy to begin with I feel like def would be more of a priority
Don't need the defense. Watch my boss series with Bunny. You can swap it in if you want extra defense that is totally fine.
@MeuiYT this is one of the problems with youtubers that I've noticed. They don't take player skill level into account when recommending stuff. The majority of players are not as good at the game as you or other youtubers. which is why more def will be better. Another reason why that craig guy is a crap youtuber and gamer.
