I am shattered in pieces. Not because I have witnessed a Mage possessed by the Spirit, in a moment of Rapture! Yet, what has wounded my spirit, in perfect accord with the tragic nature of the song, is I have not a soul whom I know, that has the eyes, the ears, the heart and the soul, the prerequisites of observing Magick, capable of knowing this. KNOWING what those of us so cursed to bear witness to True Blessing know to be true, knowing they may never have that in their hearts. It's a certain poverty of the Spirit to be robbed of seeing this as it is. Beyond sublime, beyond magisterial, for the man was the vessel not the Word.
@@iheartcicada Norwegian Wood came out in ‘65, Fourth Time Around in ‘67, but I read that Bob thought MW copied his style and did this song as a parody of sorts. Both were great songs.
Bob Dylan's voice full of sincere and true feeling makes me shiver
This is truly magnificent ❤❤❤❤❤
Absolutely
Just a great song in words. Perfect stinging words that some people aren't able to pick up on. Just so Bob.
What a gentle swing - how close this band cooperated...
Fantastic, a long long time favorite of mine. So glad I came across this, many thanks as always. Ber well

Great performance
even Dylan with his voice in shambles in his later years still has the magic to carry these incredible songs and give them a different nuance.
Not in shambles here, though.
Call Bob’s Voice experienced and mature ..
Norweigen wood? By Beatles. These songs are related. Do any one know the reason?
many theories, some say bob played the chords and john changed the chords just a little bit not to get sued

Bob and John tried to write songs together and posted acetates to each other. Perhaps these songs are a result of their collaboration?
I once had a girl or should I say she once had me....
