Among so many great moments in these shows - I think this is my favourite so far - I love how the ladies seem to conspire on their backing vocals and I love Trey's reactions - so much joy and fun in this! I just love watching Cyro hit random stuff also. Thanks to all involved for these shows - I hope there are more great moments like this! A beacon of light indeed!!!
Trey and Friends, I made it through 3 of the most physically difficult/painful weeks in my life when a long-abused disc in my back exploded pinching the large nerve that serves my entire left leg. The pain landed me in ER 3 times because the pain was unbearable. I just had very successful surgery and expect a speedy recovery. The indescribable beauty, outpouring of love, and eclectic musical journeys (words cannot do it justice) you all have blessed us with The Beacon Jams have brought my wife and I to tears of love and heights of joy that GOT ME THROUGH this ordeal. God gets the credit (to me) because he put you all together and gave Trey and you all your incredible gifts to you and the love to share it with us but THANK YOU SO MUCH. Trey, we have to discuss donation size, but you and your friends gave me way more than we can afford to give. We will figure out what we can give Divided Sky by Friday night but we will probably do some kind of periodic support too. I have had to take powerful medication to get through this and recognize how addictive they can be, but I also have secure knowledge that life with pain and joy is better lived without them. I hope your foundation can teach all of its participants that powerful truth. Thank You Brothers and Sisters! The beauty that pours out of you all is beyond measure! Love to you beyond measure John
Hey there, replying to empathize: I had surgery for my brain cancer, which came back, at the very beginning of covid mania in early March -- during recovery and subsequent shelter in place, I learned The Divided Sky and You Enjoy Myself on my little Squier Jazzmaster. (ABB's Jessica and LZ's The Rain song too). Thinking of uploading to this here youtube. Those Phish songs (Tube too) meant so much to me when I was younger, and I thought I'd never be "good enough" to learn them. Horrible negative thinking. I still have to learn the "shreddy" solo parts, but I have the composed sections down. Be well, glad your surgery was a success!
@@slingshotman7186 have fun playing and chasing Trey and other incredible artists is fun and rewarding. I play as well and not much means as much to me as making sounds that make others happy. Phish pretty much taught me that!
So, I'm starting to think the Clap Stash will never be uploaded. Why, oh why, are you keeping that in the archives? Best thing you've done the entire run, and it still hasn't seen the light of day.

I love this so much. Saw it the first time and many more. I love seeing the a-3's dancin' and planning their back up vocals on spot. So great

@@johnfunk7568 hell yes man. Just gotta save up for a Languedoc now! haha
I hope Phish play Tube at this tempo again! They tend to play it a bit slower in recent years. Great performance!
I think the slower speed has let them go more textural. Tubes since Baker's Dozen show that things don't have to be snappy to hit hard.
Nothing burned
Science!!! I had so much fun guys...it was like you were all in my living room...what a Fn BLAST
Grateful to have eyes and ears.

Paranoid the doctor ran
shouting his graphic translation
A fortnight of turmoil
Gang wars and ails of riches
Spewing forth their color
He purposely waited till I was done

Accusing me of ruining the fun
he knocked on it some more
The fun, he knocked on it some more
Alloyed suitors drawn inside
an apple or a grape
To put forth a cloud of mercury
he was run over by a car
on a freeway in Los Angeles
once the spraying has been done

Considering this song is 20 years old...WTF you talking about that for guy?
Azora Low they didn’t play it at Nectars, that makes it new. Please refrain from the expletives.

Zappa Wannabe.
I can see that but be honest, this is way on a higher level 👍
