    👌👌👌I do this very often... driving and having no idea how I got there 😅 Paul how you can disassociate in the subway? I get so stressed... the sounds the smell the people but I'm staring walls professionally 😂 A very bad thing for my rabbit holes. I've cut my finger badly once at work because of that! Anyway I totally agree with you communication is very important at this point. Sleep is a big issue for me when I'm stressed and it drains me but I can't do much unfortunately I 've tried a lot of things through the years nothing works. Living in a continuous stressful environment doesn't help. Awww I colour numbers too 🫶

      @@Alexandra-Gr86 I can’t answer for Paul but almost everyone on the New York subway is disassociating! We’re all in our own private bubble and literally anything can happen on a NY subway and we just ignore it 😂
