Have you heard of the “Blast to the Past” mod? It’s gonna be a mod that adds back old content, but also redoes some animations, changes the story to be actually good, gives vanny a new model and better animations as well as more story presence, redoes the jumpscares to be more like Ruin, and overall, basically just makes Security Breach actually good with a new and improved story, new and improved cutscenes, even new voice actors for certain characters due to the fact that the story is different and needs more voicelines. Overall it’ll just make Security Breach’s story more interesting, along with adding back cut content and improving gameplay in other ways. Also Vanny will have a knife (: Anyways can’t wait for this mod to release one day, hopefully, if it doesn’t get cancelled.

Te redone textures look amazing, the glowing eyes really point out that the animatronics are a threat. Bet thats just how Scott envisioned them to look like.

4:02 graphics aside, I'm only just now realizing how much the music for this game bangs. This may have been a dumpster fire of a game, but you can always count on the musicians to do a stellar job.

I have an RTX 2070 super, yeah it isnt the highest but for some reason the Ruin update broke it? I used to have nice reflections and lighting before, and even with commands I cant seem to enable RTX, I have to instead us SSR.
I remember with my 2080ti that it disappeared at one point too What I did at that time was located my game settings ini file in C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Local\fnaf9\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor Open GameUserSettings And find "raytracing and change the 0 to a 1 Or, what also worked was lowering my graphics from ultra to high, but that last one didn't work all the time :(
The raytracing implementation for this game is just busted in general. I have a 4090 and it will occasionally go under 15 fps with high rt and 1440p native.
How much do these changes affect Ruin? You'll have to forgive me, I'm not very good with Unreal Engine and mods and stuff. But I'm just wondering as it is a DLC addon and kind of separate from the Security Breach main game.

@@Gyroman_002 I'm uncertain I've never tried to use it on any other game, but I would assume it wouldn't work in a game like fortnite because that would interfere with multiplayer options.

only thing left to fix this slop of a game would be to fix the AI to be able to get you when you're on an elevated surface - like a table, for example. it's pathetic that all you have to do to avoid the animatronics in the base game is to get on a counter.

The retextured animatronics look nice and all but it's annoying that everyone has a red glow in their eyes and that they don't decay over time.
