@@knyt0 in that same match wasn't he darting around the map with junk mine hitting midair shots? i also remember him getting several kills with sigma ball. or does abilities only count as ult?
He was using the Rock and the Mines effectively, wall is just too situational.
@@RafistossWall isnt situational. You just either place it inbetween healers so they cant heal or place it between you and the incoming damage.
@@michaelcollington1512 no, abilities count as all abilities, he wasn't good at one of them so he wasn't good at all of them, there's nothing more to it

This was awesome,and it was so cool to see someone so good at Cass, play with such random abilities. It actually makes me wonder if emongg could get other people who are really good at specific characters, like necros on Genji!
I think genji wouldn’t work bc he is a combination of his abilities, like the synergy is really important
@@AIMLESS-NAMELESS tracer is the same though and they've done this before with tracer so I think it could work, it would be hard but it could work
He once had flats play on rein with tracer blink and sombra TP, that was so incredibly funny how op it was

That sigma ult at the end of game 2 was clutch
the tank did absolutely nothing for the first 2 maps but managed to hit the biggest grav of all time

Because Ball gets Grapple, it breaks him. Remember, Transform is Ability 1, but Grapple FORCES Ball to Transform. So Ball would, effectively, get his Ability 1 without rolling it. He would have a fourth ability (Transform) with Grapple. In fact, I would almost go so far as to say if Ball rolls Transform for Ability 1, it's a straight up nerf. Problem with Ball is that it's either broken in Ball's favor or broken against Ball's favor because the alternative is that Grapple is locked out unless Ball rolls Transform. With Ball, there is no middle ground. For that reason, I think Ball would HORRIBLE; either for Ball or for the enemy team, depending on whether Ball-less Ball gets Grapple or not. My assumption is that Ball-less Ball gets grapple which means the Ball player has a HUGE advantage. Also, let's not forget, Slam isn't on the wheel because it's not an Ability for Ball, it's his Alternate Attack. So Ball-less Ball would still get Slam. So, technically, Ball-less Ball would grant Ball a grand total of 5 Abilities. It just wouldn't be fair. Ball would be broken as heck.

WDYM "molten core" - "hmm", molten core is unironically the strongest ultimate in the game if you know how to use it. It's got the zoning potential of a tank ult, the damage to kill anything that touches it in mere seconds and its super easy to farm
Its always interesting to see how GM players use their ults in these games. They seem to always want to use them the way they would against other GMs rather than how you would see them in low rank games. Which means they try to use them for some specific tactical scenario rather than just throwing it on the other team to get elims. At bronze you can just dump a torb ult on top of them and kill 3 or 4 easy. No point trying to make a high IQ play with it.
thats a cool series idea get one trick players and put them in the randomizer with the hero they main

I really hate to see Push in these. It's already a flawed mode but in the 5v1 scenario, the 5 team can just have one person steal the bot away and it makes the game impossible for the 1 person.
i think the idea is that it gets harder for the 1 player as you go through, carts are easier bc they self heal an typically have set team fights. Control is a bit harder, no self heal and typically you have more directions to think about. Push is obviously the hardest for a 1v5
Watching this series is making me wonder how id build sigma, orisa or zenyatta. Sig I think would be fun with junker queens axe, reins shield, and zaryas ult thatd be nassssty

I have never ever seen someone so talented at a character before
I feel like the wheel spins will almost always just go 1 extra step for most abilities but specially the ultimate... I was like if it lands on moltencore it has to be a set distance at this point... And it sure is. Also we get to see the same ults so often in this mode and very similar abilities quite often through most randomizers. Don't get me wrong, I love this series so much so I feel a little down about it because I am so invested. I hope more people will notice so it perhaps will be more random in the future and not sym wall every other video of this or fade...

That finale with Stigma & Junkrat ult wombo combo was well done whether planned by the bronze or not.
if wanted turned on hold to crossfade for lucio it defaults to healing, good for when you get slept you aren't on speed

It felt like Cass was playing Valorant/CS-GO vs Overwatch characters.
I was bronze, but I did something on battle net and EVERYTHING reset. So I won 50 qp games (that sucked) then placed PLATINUM 1... I need to get back to bronze.
There's a Lucio setting to have it on healing by default I wonder if that could keep it on there for this
Love to see this again but with the support passive bc I think it’s sorta insanely hard for them to play health packs all the time

Being able to rock while shooting is so strong. If they ever want to buff Sigma for some reason, that'd be a good way to do it.

Is there a way that if a DPS character loses on the first map possibly giving the option to have another wheel where one ability will be support/healing and then another random ability? Just to make it easier on the 1 bc this was fun to watch but sucks to see them struggle so much with health pools 😂

You can't do that. Max 5 Characters Per Team. Each Ability counts as ONE Character. And your Character also counts as ONE Character.
in quickplay if i get more than 20elims i type "king of cass" in chat. but watching this guy hit shots like its a damn firing range makes me feel like im really just a joker and not a king.
