- Sorry about the muffled audio quality. Recorded it with an H1 Zoom in the bag and Soundman OKM II mics in the ears but apparently the mics didn't work. Did what I could to bring some life to the barely audible original recording.

Ну и зря.Нельзя верить что первый - лучший.Да,Ронни проложил лыжню,но обычно по лыжне едут быстрее и точнее,как в этом случае.Шикарный тембр.Да и Тёрнер пел лучше Ронни,позитивнее,хотя смотрелся по бабьи.Ронни скорее лучший образ,чем лучший певец.

Unfortunately, there is no atmosphere of the 70s. The vocalist has a slightly similar voice to Rio, but it does not have the same spirit. The best vocalist for a while was Ian Gillan when he performed in Black S. it was crazy! Listen to Ian's performance of some songs from the 70s.
I am a Ritchie Blackmore fan since 50 years. Sure, the raw energy from the 70s is gone but in the opposite to many other older musicians Blackmore is aging with dignity. My respect for thisl

Dio was never Rainbow. It's Blackmore's band, five singer in total.

Para mí Candice y la otra corista están demás están convirtiendo Rainbow en "Rainbow Nights" , Ritchie , Ronnie , el bajista , tecladista y el batero todo ok menos Candice y la corista le quitan el factor rock aunque sabemos que Blackmore ya no es el mismo toca genial los solos , pero los riffs le cuestan debido a su edad y se debe a qué el abandonó el rock en 1997 y eso le quitó forma es como dejar de hacer ejercicio y después de años tratar de estar en forma para pelear como cuando era joven .
Igual no puedo negar que me hace feliz ver a RITCHIE la Stratocaster aunque ya por los problemas de la artritis ya no usa la palanca del trémolo y es genial como decía el verlo con la Fender Stratocaster nuevamente.
Yngwie es muy repetitivo y RITCHIE es más versátil sobretodo en la guitarra acústica Blackmore toca como si fuera guitarra clásica claro que él usa una guitarra clásica con cuerdas de acero y mientras yngwie toca todo el tiempo rápido en fin que siga por mucho tiempo más tocando Ritchie blackmore.

6:40 drummer misses the measure to start the drum fill and introduce the solo outro, should have been two measures earlier. bass player goes for the right note at the right time, Ritchie gives the signal and waits, you can see his hand went to the note but he waited for the drum fill. In the old days this would have been enough for Ritchie to destroy the drum kit and leave the stage

I saw them at Birmingham 3 years ago and they did a stellar show with the right mix of fun and serious music making.
Stargazer was awesome great drumming and a proper shredding solo from Ritchie. The place went nuts and not out of nostalgia.
Most gigs Ive seen subsequently in person and on TH-cam have had too much fooling around and not playing the music with guts/passion ... true hard rock dynamics/sound quality.
Example ... they left their keyboard player stretching out his solo spot for 20 minutes because they thought it was funny to play that joke in him. It absolutely killed the atmosphere at a 13,000 seater gig. I felt like walking out.
Ritchie acknowledges that they hadn’t played well online afterwards.
Such a shame as I’ve heard them pull it off. This is what happens when you do something for the fans not for yourself and as Ritchie admitted .... for the money. I don’t grudge him making back some of the money stolen from Purple in the past.
Seabud the drummer is ok. I didn’t mean to put put him down. These things happen and Ritchie knows it.
Rafael Zengo Ritchie wanted that drum fill too early. After he showed the sign for the band, drummer started to go into that fill. He would play it in the next moment as he did actually. And these things can happen on the start of the tour. David is the great drummer, I'm 100 % sure

Richie's solos were like Jimmy Hendrix's overlapping and some similar but I do feel the Richie's solos are, till now , very much matched up with melodies, the songs'styles, the meanings etc... I know I can sense 'em very well crafted arranged by Richie, so you can really say that again he's a guitars god! Highway Star, lazy, Never before,speed king, woman from Tokyo are my best observed and I practiced many parts of them, honestly I put those his styles in my local Rock songs, not modifying, just exactly like he did and I tried to copy cat them with my utmost,!!

It is not original Rainbow, the original featured four members of Elf before Ritchie recruited Cozy Powell, Tony Carey and Jimmy Bain for the album Rainbow Rising, probably their best lineup, but not the original again.
They had credibility with Graham Bonnet and Joe Lynn Turner, and Ritchie reformed with Doogie White on vocals, so a lot of great music has gone under the Rainbow banner which was not original, but excellent.

Saw him at Sweden Rock Festival 2019 and this clip is like night and day. What i saw was a tired and bored out of his mind Ritchie Blackmore who didn't smile once, actually played quite sloppy aswell. But then this, wow. As i said, i think it depends on which day it is with this fella.

Mixed feelings watching this. IM so SO GLAD to see Blackmore still out playin in 2019, and I like the singer. ITs a good version. I grew up with the RAINBOW with amazing stage sets of high rise drums, stacks of Marshall amps, and a real rock n roll show of the 80's. OF, course, he is not gonna do that, and its 2019. Im glad he is still rockin, but it doesn't move me.

A lot of negative comments out there. Love or hate Blackmore and co, they are still doing it live and with real instruments. More than can be said about most of today's so called computer music. With not an instrument in sight. Blackmore may have had some issues . But still playing at 74 who cares. I hope these haters are real musicians and not computer geeks and are going to show all of us how they think it should be done. Can't wait.
I am a musician and i have to say that Ritchie still playing is great and all, but besides the singer, his band doesn't cut it. No real power here. Sad
all i can give you is a like. what i would like to do is shake your hand. having read some of the dross comments above, i saw rainbow when they were the best in thier field. nobody came close musicly to thier stage show pure magic. sadly dio and cozy are no longer here but we do have vynal/cd,s and videos. but most of all we saw them on stage live in your face real music. my wife has arthritis and its no fun. at 74 richie is up on his feet giving us what we want? in any form live in your face music. John wilkes Saw em live in ‘78, never will forget it. Have loved Blackmore ever since. Just bought one of his guitars (the Fender Blackmore Strat) a few months ago, in fact. Somewhere out there is a young player equal to the challenge, I’d be willing to bet, but I doubt any will ever do it better than Ritchie did.

I like it , and Ronnie does a fabulous job on vocals , but , for me , there's something missing , this magnificent song sounds a bit weak.
I think it's because they slowed tempo down a bit.

Да, Ронни Дио ушел. И с этим ужасным фактом приходится мириться. Этот Ромеро может из кожи вон лезть, но гении появляются штучно. А Дио - гений. И что там делает Кэндис Найт? Эта версия ужасна.
Всех ближе к Великому Dio эту композицию исполнил бы Джони Джоел. Но Блэкмор очень горд как личность. Или Дуги Вайта пригласил хотя бы.
