Thanks for all the support throughout the years!!! This wouldn't be possible without you guys! We are going to change the game!!!!!!!!! BIG LAUNCH COMING SOOOOOOON!!!!!!!! Love ya!
Thank you Matt for showing just a small video clip of you being a Vet. Just exactly what I commented on a earlier video!! Love the enthusiasm about your new T shirt printing business. I hope you know how much your enthusiasm makes me feel so great. It is contagious!!! Never loose this enthusiasm !
I used to do all of this for a living as a job and this brought back so many memories watching you teach people this whole process. I didn’t have all of the fancy machinery you have here though so I hope and pray everything turns out awesome!!!
I’m actually super excited for you about this Dr. Matt. I know how much this venture has meant to you and I have a pretty good idea now what the secret news is going to be next week. You’re an amazing team, you and Mere that is, and it’s heartwarming to see others go out of there way to help the world in anyway they can. From a clinic in another country to making shirts at a low cost near home you’re covering all the bases. God Bless you and your family!!!
Very happy to see how far you’ve come, Matt! I remember the good ol days watching you microwave random crap. Seemed like yesterday... Good luck in your new endeavors!
He was approached by recruiters while he was in vet school... or was it right before? Funny thing is, the army needed vets. He mentioned this on his last twitch stream.
How exciding to see you and Mere grow this company and taking us along with you. I like the way you work. Doc Lee (and your mama) learned ya well. Congrats!
All my most sincere congratulations Matt. This channel has now really become a very inspirational content for lots of people as you show the whole process of starting a business day by day starting from scratch. You always telling people to do something today that will make them better tomorrow, and the start of this new printing business is a perfect real life example of that. Thanks for sharing this with all of us.
Mat thank you for everything since I met you on TH-cam you changed my life in so many ways and I thank you for being you for being a Texan and a true American to this Polish American man and I am an American by choice. We as my fam love you and your fam.. Love you
Congratulations on your Tee shirt start up, proud owner of your March, and soon to be buyer of your new Merch. Matt, Mere , family, and crew, have been a great boost to me and my family through your videos.
So excited for y’all and can’t wait to see your official launch and your new brand name too. Now, in regards to t-shirt colors and paint colors... I hope you get some pink and aqua for some girly girls like me! You’re a huge blessing to your family, fur babies and us! I love watching all your channels especially vet ranch. Three snaps and a twirl for your new merch business and I can’t wait to sport a new pink t-shirt. 💕
I know you probably won't ever see this but thank you Matt for being awesome and helping me through some really hard times. Your videos make my life a lot easier to deal with so thanks.
You are such an inspiration my parents on small local, to us, business and I am getting more involved in the running of it. you inspire me to think outside the box and to think in a more logical way thank you so much
Matt and Mere, with this new found capability I’m hoping y’all will have “Tall” sizes for those of us over 6’6” who would love to represent. Peace and Love from Ontario Canada
Matthew Pearson, whoa stretch...let's not be getting the cart before the horse.....! I'm totally teasing you, sorry. That Is actually a good idea/point.👍
How's the weather up there? I kid of course. My family is made up of tall people.. I'm the shortest male in my family, standing at 6'2, my dad's probably 6'3-6'4. My brothers 6'6, and I have a cousin that's 6'5. I hate being the short one of the family! I was always the tallest kid growing up, but I stopped growing when I was probably 14-15.
Hey Matt congrats!!! You have brought your business to the next level through dreaming, planning, and working extremely hard. Each are important elements of attaining success.Wishing you much prosperity as you continue in all that you endeavor to do. Hoping you are successful in reaching all of your goals.
I have bipolar depression so im constantly sad but watching your videos honestly makes me happy i feel like part of your awesome happy family thanks for all the positive vibes
Congrats on expanding your busines!YOu're a true inspiration for me,Matt.I really hope and wish that i could meet you some day IRL. Btw,you told me on twitch that this year you're visiting my country(Croatia).I wish you an awesome time here while staying on holidays!
matt you should also get a manual printing station its awesome for small runs . when you need to print something fast especially one color shirts . get a small portable 4 color station they are dirt cheap and a blessing when you really need them and its really easy to learn to print with them
I really just wanna say thanks for making me happy on days that I'm down like today, a lot of stuff has been going on and your videos help make them better
Ok, while I have plenty to say, all I can express is 😂😂🤣🤣🤣😂😅😥! But that 1st shirt was AWESOME!! Matt, frame that 1st shirt and hang it up in the warehouse. And then the 100th, 1000th, 10,000th and so forth Congratulations on your progress of "being better today than you were yesterday!"! That should, and seems to be a wise investment. May God bless you and your family, and give your dad and mom a hug from me and my family for the loss of Ol' Bud. That's Always a sad day 😢😢😭😤😥😭😭!
Congratulations to you Matt and Meredith and family you will make just your words of encouragement that you spread on your channels will help you make it
WOW! Congrats! It's so exciting seeing this come to fruition! I can just imagine the cleaning of the paints off the machines. Hopefully once it dries it just peels off...
Congratulations !! Matt and Mere and Friends for printing your first shirt. Your company is going to be a huge success I can't wait to order. Love it !! You need to put your first shirt in a frame along with all the names of the people that help you make that first shirt.🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🍻
Congratulations on your success Matt and Mare... super happy for you and your family... don't have the funds to become part of the malitia.. As bad as I want to be but maybe one day I will be able to get one(or hopefully more) of the demolitia shirts and join. But super happy for you and yours and may nothing but good blessings come your way. God bless you and your family
First of all sorry to hear about Bud what an awsome dog . I have 3 labs at present and love them . They have eyes that can see through to your soul . Now congrats on the press . I’m shure there are some awsome shirts on the way as we speak . Way to go you guys . That is definatly a very cool process.
Won’t happen buddy... we tried that over a million times.. some comments got more than 5k upvotes.. no response from Matt I guess he does not want a shirt with the name of his wife printed on the front or so I dunno... But a bit of hope is always good I guess
I feel the first one should be framed in the warehouse.. as its the company's first.. similar to how businesses will tape their first dollar to be visible.
You have my gratitude. Bloody good job for making a business and seeing it through. 💪👈🤝👏. And for getting the equipment for making your own shirts. You have my respect
6 min 17 sec. mare already has ink smeared on her right elbow , lol. sorry mare you might need to get used to that. Honestly to both of you, I've got 30 years under my belt doing that. if you start running into headache's, give me a shout. for starters its best to leave a cool down spot next to any color flashed. if you print on it when its still hot your shirt will stick to the screen and pull loose from the platform . use pallet tape on those platforms too, it makes cleanup way easier and faster so the extra cost is worth it.
best guess is they are still getting used to lifting the shirts off the platform, so if it does touch it wont smear. I will sometimes run with flash tac. and use a low flash just to keep the platforms warm and tacky. holds up longer that way. i'm not printing for anyone right now but still talking like I am lol. just in the blood I guess. going back sometime just taking a break and in between shop's.
sorry I don't know of anyone hiring right now. but if your looking to move and considering the field, I would check tourist areas they tend to be prevalent in those area's . I've often thought of finding a shop on an island somewhere and just picking up and going. Best of luck to you.
Your videos always motivate me. Every one. Every time. A few weeks ago I started a work out routine eating better and I'm working on being my own boss in the near future thanks for the videos !
Matt, you might want to consider getting one of the small manual presses. I used to work for the screen printing company that had the contract for all Harley Davidson screen printed products in St. Louis. They had 6 of the automatics and about 17 of the manuals ranging from 3 color to 5 color, including several set up for hats, shirt sleeves, and even can koozies. The company was finishing 600-750 shirts every 7.50 hour shift. Plus hats and other items.
Very happy and excited for you, Mere and the company. No excuse for a '. . . don't tell Mere!'. You have to have been secretly working on at least three different designs.
Congrats on the new addition to your business!! Btw, Idk what the flash dryer uses to quick dry the shirts, but if it's a UV type of light, you may want to grab some UV safety glasses. Last thing you'd want is to be catching those rays in your eyes and going blind over time. We use them at my shop because of wielding and plasma cutting, and if you don't protect your eyes, well you get "Eye sunbun" and over time you become blind from the UV rays.
I used to melt and dry lead into grids for battery plates at up to 4 seconds per. (and each cast was 2 plates but I won't count that.) So, no big deal. And that was on 40 year old machines timed with cams and gears - no computers. If there is a little crew running the machine full speed, it could do that. It might take them a month or three to get to 4900, stretching for 5000 shirts a day. Overtime in the meantime, anyone? Getting those kind of orders will be the real trick.
congrats on your first shirt and getting the machine up and running. I like the new design. keep up the good work Matt. love watching you and your dads vlogs. he has actually replied to me a few times unlike most TH-cam's. would love to meet y'all. your my favorite youtuber
WooHoo!!! Excited to see what's next!!! Thanks for looking out for your fellow TH-camrs Matt & Mere! I'm super excited this is going to be something really beneficial to help creators!
Man!!! I only Subscribed to you like 3 months ago (both the Demo. Ranch and Off the Ranch), and i'm loving every bit of it. you're my fav. youtuber and you do a great job, I hope to get a T-shirt soon!!!
The AR Guy Didn’t finance it. Didn’t get it for free. I’ve been saving for this thing. We invested all of our earnings back into the business so we could start printing shirts ourselves. I have big plans!!!
Armchair Sniper I'd buy flags! Damn right! But I'm Canadian- love my Eagle of Freedom shirt, but I'd love a Maple Sniper flag even more, lol....Demolitia Northern Division?
Congratulations sir! What an amazing accomplishment you have achieved, with much more to come I am sure. Thank you for such positive vibes and strong motivation! Keep on Keepin on brotha!!!
This is crazy! I'm in highschool, and in art class we have been silk screening our own t-shirts!! It's a lot less complex, and by hand, but still similar! . w .
Thanks for all the support throughout the years!!! This wouldn't be possible without you guys! We are going to change the game!!!!!!!!! BIG LAUNCH COMING SOOOOOOON!!!!!!!! Love ya!

Congrats on the first tshirt. Time to contact those TH-cam buddies and get their merch business.
You know Lunkers is gonna be the first partner
Kevin Martin he's gotta hit up Roman for it lol
He done did it right, He done did it right.. Jk but literally what away to break a market.
Joshua Ilac my thought exactly
Break a market? This will probably employ one or two people and its probably only enough for one or two youtubers...not breaking a market.
I used to do all of this for a living as a job and this brought back so many memories watching you teach people this whole process. I didn’t have all of the fancy machinery you have here though so I hope and pray everything turns out awesome!!!
You should frame the very first shirt you made.
I meet my husband at a print shop.He was a printer & I pulled shirts from the dryer.25 years ago. This is awesome.Congrats.
Hi Matt! I know this isn't Vet Ranch, but I wanted to tell you that I am going to be a veterinarian in a few years! You inspired me!
Super proud of you guys taking this big leap of faith. You've got so much support
Matt, you have to frame that first one and hang it in your office.
Keep it up Matt. Been printing for 4 years and all of it becomes much easier after a little practice. There is SO much to learn. Have fun!
You Matt would be one helluva combat medic with all those shooting skills + stiching up animal -skills!!!
*Tapani Löfving* He's certainly ready to be the medic for the Demolitia. Good point.
But a really bad hunter, first he would shoot the prey and next he would be trying to sow it back together :D
He was approached by recruiters while he was in vet school... or was it right before? Funny thing is, the army needed vets. He mentioned this on his last twitch stream.
*Tapani Löfving* OMG! I just imagined him doing that, you put that image in my head... Totally hilarious!!
*Kick Saunders* Amazing! And interesting. I´ll be more aware of their next Twitch transmission.
How exciding to see you and Mere grow this company and taking us along with you. I like the way you work. Doc Lee (and your mama) learned ya well. Congrats!
Can you cook a pizza by just putting it through the dryer?
MrCompooky we printed a pp&j

I agree. I'm right at 6' 6" and it's hard to find shirts that are long enough, especially shirts I can wear while concealed carrying.
Standing at 6'7 i can confirm it's not easy to find nice shirts that fit!
Hey Matt congrats!!! You have brought your business to the next level through dreaming, planning, and working extremely hard.
Each are important elements of attaining success.Wishing you much prosperity as you continue in all that you endeavor to do.
Hoping you are successful in reaching all of your goals.
Props to that man who put that up !!

I5ZQ8 , That is Funny right there! And that would be a Great new name! I mean, who Doesn't like "RanchDressing,LLC"? It would be AWESOME!
YES! lmao
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Not a fan of "Ranch Dressing". Try something else! :-)
I smell a business expansion opportunity, a food product line including Demolition Ranch Dressing.
I'm really proud of you Matt, I remember a few months ago, in your garage packing all the shirts at 2am!
Congrats on expanding your busines!YOu're a true inspiration for me,Matt.I really hope and wish that i could meet you some day IRL.

That’s awesome Matt, glad to see your business growing. I have been screen printing for a few years now. All it takes is practice, anyone can do it.

John Smith I agree Matt is too good for president.
Too young
i remember watching demo ranch at 16. im 22 now and love how everything has grown. inspiring
Ok, while I have plenty to say, all I can express is 😂😂🤣🤣🤣😂😅😥! But that 1st shirt was AWESOME!! Matt, frame that 1st shirt and hang it up in the warehouse. And then the 100th, 1000th, 10,000th and so forth

I LOVE THE DUCT TAPE MOUNT
Wonder if it's expensive...
Congratulations to you Matt and Meredith and family you will make just your words of encouragement that you spread on your channels will help you make it
Matt you need to build a small zip line in the wearhouse from the top of that dark room
After seeing the Dubai double zip line.. everything else just doesn't amount to anything!
That right there is a dream coming true! Thanks for sharing the footage! Congratulations brother... A big hug from Mexico!
Can we have the matt playlist?
Preston Melkerson or.... KaraokeRanch!
WOW!

Hey Mat I saw you on TV on the show Outrageous Acts of Science, it was your spoon video! Luv your vids keep up the work 👍
Kingkoopa16
What episode and season?
Congratulations on your success Matt and Mare... super happy for you and your family... don't have the funds to become part of the malitia.. As bad as I want to be but maybe one day I will be able to get one(or hopefully more) of the demolitia shirts and join. But super happy for you and yours and may nothing but good blessings come your way. God bless you and your family
Duct tape fixes everything ! Congratulations family !
Agree
Ah! but can duct tape fix a broken heart?
lol
First of all sorry to hear about Bud what an awsome dog . I have 3 labs at present and love them . They have eyes that can see through to your soul . Now congrats on the press . I’m shure there are some awsome shirts on the way as we speak . Way to go you guys . That is definatly a very cool process.
You need to do a shirt that says "#DON'TTELLMARE" across the back nothing else lol you would sell thousands.
smitty7711 I need one that says #DONTTELLMEL. (Mel is my gf lol)
*Completely agree on this simple text*
Mere does not want her name on a shirt
It would be better with dont tell my wife
Won’t happen buddy... we tried that over a million times.. some comments got more than 5k upvotes.. no response from Matt I guess he does not want a shirt with the name of his wife printed on the front or so I dunno...
But a bit of hope is always good I guess
Have them made yourself if you want that and he wont
That setup is legit! Have fun cranking out the T's on that baby. Looks like a blast, enjoy!
Daaaaamn. Demolitia getting greater everyday keep up that good work Matt....
You should make a Demolitian Ranch pop socket
That is super neat! I know people who do screen printing out of their house but this machine is a beast! Keep up the great work Matt
Frame the first one and hang it in the TH-cam appartement
I'm sure there have been a lot of advances since I left screen printing, but why do you think they were flashing a single color print.
best guess is they are still getting used to lifting the shirts off the platform, so if it does touch it wont smear. I will sometimes run with flash tac. and use a low flash just to keep the platforms warm and tacky. holds up longer that way. i'm not printing for anyone right now but still talking like I am lol. just in the blood I guess. going back sometime just taking a break and in between shop's.
if I immigrate to the US can you land me a job? ^^
sorry I don't know of anyone hiring right now. but if your looking to move and considering the field, I would check tourist areas they tend to be prevalent in those area's . I've often thought of finding a shop on an island somewhere and just picking up and going. Best of luck to you.
Your videos always motivate me. Every one. Every time. A few weeks ago I started a work out routine eating better and I'm working on being my own boss in the near future thanks for the videos !
I still want a classic Demolition Ranch shirt with the shotgun shells....
What's amazing is not only can you print shirt yourself, YOU CAN ALSO MAKE PIZZAS!!!!! I'm up for it guys!!!!
lol
Very happy and excited for you, Mere and the company. No excuse for a '. . . don't tell Mere!'. You have to have been secretly working on at least three different designs.
What about a playlist with songs and artists with each video?
I really like how you have been putting out quality stuff as well as actually making it look good.
You and many other TH-cam inspired me to start a TH-cam channel
TH-camrs
Upload 😂😂
DarK&StormY lmao
Best of luck Matt. Great to see how far both your channels and you as a brand have come over the years.
Matt, are you going to need a big AC unit for the warehouse now? With those big ovens and the Texas summer heat, you might get cooked in there!
Ok I think this MAY BE my most fave video. This was so cool to watch how they make everything.
Y’all really like t-shirts
Wow, I'm truly impressed with all the work you and your family etc have put into this project! Smart planning for sure!!!!
You should have a option on your website for us to design a demolition ranch shirt, like have dr emblems and stuff (I hope this makes sense)
Super excited to see what kind of shirts you guys are going to be making. Good luck with the business matt
Camera wasn’t for a time lapse it was to see if there was anything funny going on.... the lapse was a cover up
Congrats on the new addition to your business!!
Business ranch $$$$
I want to wish you all the success in your new endeavors I'm 100% sure that you're going to rock it
1:30 Matt I was a sleep for one second and woke up to you cutting animals open wtf
Man.. Ive been watching Demolition ranch since about 50k subscribers and this awesome. Keep up the good work friend!
If your goal is to produce 700 printed tshirts per hour, that'd be every 5 secs for each.Good luck.
R.I.P. Bud
I'm so happy to see you have grown this much in your TH-cam career you have a wonderful family
Ryan looks like *ZUCC*
WooHoo!!! Excited to see what's next!!! Thanks for looking out for your fellow TH-camrs Matt & Mere! I'm super excited this is going to be something really beneficial to help creators!
Shout out to Lil Dicky.

Man!!! I only Subscribed to you like 3 months ago (both the Demo. Ranch and Off the Ranch), and i'm loving every bit of it. you're my fav. youtuber and you do a great job, I hope to get a T-shirt soon!!!
$800 roughly a month financing to buy that ROQ YOU machine!!! Numbers are my thing...cant help it.
The AR Guy doubt he financed it...
The AR Guy Didn’t finance it. Didn’t get it for free. I’ve been saving for this thing. We invested all of our earnings back into the business so we could start printing shirts ourselves. I have big plans!!!
well great success then!
I'm pretty he can afford it, he is doing pretty well for himself and family.
OffTheRanch Well keep it up my friend. With hard work everything will come together one way or another.
I'm so inspired now. Its great to watch how this business is coming along...Wow
Sell demo ranch flags at merch store
Armchair Sniper I'd buy flags! Damn right! But I'm Canadian- love my Eagle of Freedom shirt, but I'd love a Maple Sniper flag even more, lol....Demolitia Northern Division?
Dave Laughton hey man I am a Saskatchewan boy, I love anything to do with guns
Armchair Sniper It's on! Demolitia Northern Division! (Western Regiment, lol)
Well done mat and family, working just that little bit harder today for a better tomorrow, good luck,
I have that shirt !
Matt and Mer, Mazel Tov on your new venture and adventure. May you see much success.
Good luck Mat and Co , Hugs from France, you lucky people.
It's a lot less complex, and by hand, but still similar! . w .
Favourite TH-cam guy ever when you call the guy working on the press a technician - so many people would refer to him as an engineer!
