So if I understand this correctly. 1. NAR required all Realtors to be NAR members in order for Realtors to have access to MLS. 2. NAR requires all Realtors to pay annual NAR dues. 3. NAR required that all Realtors abide by NAR’s MLS rules which forced Realtors to violate Federal anti-trust laws. 4. So, unless I'm missing something, either NAR is guilty of forcing its members to break the law or NAR’s attorneys were too incompetent to prove to a jury that Realtors' commissions are (and have always been) negotiable between Realtors and sellers. As a result, all Realtors / NAR members are now going to be forced to pay $876 MILLION dollars in restitution; either because NAR’s attorneys were legally negligent in preventing NAR members from breaking the law, or NAR’s attorneys were too incompetent to represent NAR members in the class action law suit. Before I send my annual check in for my NAR dues, I'd like to know which it is. NAR negligence or NAR incompetence?
It’s time to start a new way. Each and everyone of em is a problem waiting to be experienced. Just stress makers. I’m sixty seven, I got two more deals in me. Sell one buy one pass on . I may never use a realtor again!
I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires by investing. Just made a home sale and I’ve been sitting on about $545K equity, not sure where to go from here. Is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I stay 100% cash?
the stock market this year is at an all time high and a good number of folks raking in huge 6 figure gains, tho such strategies are most times successfully executed by folks with in-depth market knowledge
Very true, despite having no prior investing knowledge, I got fully invested before the pandemic and pulled in a profit of approximately $150k that same year. In reality, all I was doing was getting professional advice. As of today, I'm only 10% shy of a million dollar pfl
