I hope you non-anchovy lovers will give this one a shot as it's really not too fishy in my eyes. However, you could leave them out altogether and still have an amazing chicken caesar salad to enjoy!! Happy Cooking my sweet friends.

It’s odd how so many people love Caesar salads but dislike anchovies, which is the key to the flavor. I personally love anchovies. Bomb recipe, Sonny!

My mom gave me that same food processor 21 years ago, I lent it to someone and they dropped the lid & broke it, haven't had any luck with finding replacement parts as it is such an old model. Best one I've ever used, we got a new one (it's OKAY but not the same) although I refuse to get rid of the base from the old one, still works and one day I will find a new bowl/lid! I've been making this non stop since the video was posted. I have a suggestion for Sunny and people to try. We like our cesar dressing with a bit of a bite / zing whatever you want to call it. Just add 1 spoon full of Dijon mustard 1 spoon or horse radish and a squirt of Tabasco sauce. The place I go to get side cesar salad always put Dijon and horse radish. And a splash of Tabasco try it trust me it's soo good. I don't change anything else from Sunny's recipe

I made this. I was skeptical at first about the chicken because the marinade looked very non-standard to me, it almost looked like I threw wilted salad scraps onto raw chicken. But I gave it time(and thyme!) and mixed it around a few times during marination process. then cooked it in a very hot iron skillet and it was absolutely delicious. Chicken breast shouldn't be that delicious. I also made the caesar dressing which was excellent. I'm going to freeze some of it and see if it revives well.

this is an extremely solid caesar salad. i know caesar. i made iit tableside for 7 years an in one of the best continental restaurants in Sliicon Valley. i also by happenstance became very good friends with the nephew of caesar cardini the inventor of the Aviation Salad which became the Caesar. So if there's a caesar on the menu we would order it. soup to nuts on this recipe, there is a commitment of time. but it's worth it, especially if you enjoy the art of cooking. He's streamlined it example using a whole egg instead just the yolk the only things i would play around with is adding a smidge of mustard, and i would also play around with making it by hand instead of a Food processor. The food processor makes it more like bottled dressing.. Traditional Ceasar has some texture to the dressing, it's not completely smooth. so this is very solid.

That salad is giving me wicked hardcore cravings haha I love Caesar salad, with or without chicken, depending on the dressing-the lighter creamy, cream colored version of it; I dislike the darker brown, runny type-anyway, this may sound super basic, but I really enjoyed the Caesar dressing from Red Lobster lol I tried to figure out who manufactures it, and the bag just has a Red 🦞 Lobster on it, so I think it's proprietary perhaps... Anyway, since then I haven't been able to find another restaurant or bottle of dressing quite like the RL version... I also waited and bartended at Cheesecake Factory, Ruth's Chris, PF Chang's, and some more of the better places I worked at, but none of em had that Caesar dressing like 🦞

    Beautiful dish as always, chef.
In the UK we do tend to just call it Worcester ('Wooster') sauce, after the city rather than the entire county of Worcestershire.
Brits ordinarily under-annunciate the 'shire' in county names, sounds more like 'wooster-sher' (except for Jamie Oliver who says 'Worcester-SHEER' for some reason. Essex accent I guess, I dunno.)
