      You’re welcome. All your brush videos are insightful, you not just review brushes but you teach so much about how to use the brushes and how to apply makeup, it’s a brush/makeup class with you. Your intuitive and simple but your simple style is so effective. I truly enjoy your brush videos.🤗😘

      Wanted to post this earlier but, I found it more timely to post together with the release. 🤗 thank you for watching though! Any of the brushes that peeked at your interest?

      @@tortorrethat's okay you always deliver a great review and this video is no different. I never got the first fundamental set so I will be picking up the set but the large pencil, workers and M builder stood out to me most. I have the Hakhuhodo brushes you displayed

    Ok I just finished watching the vid 2x's. Hands down the best and most thorough Sonia G comparison review. Bonus were the 2 gorgeous professional eye looks ❤.

      Thanks for dropping by! I tried my best to be as concise as possible, but I knew this was going to be a long vlog because we are talking about 8 brushes. 🤗 so much fun though getting to know new brushes. It’s like, having a stash of candy in front of me! Hahah

    Hi from France dear Tor. It's a real pleasure to see your review and honestly it's the best review on this beautiful Fundamental eye set from our lovely Sonia G 😊 why ? Because I see your love, your passion. Your comparisons are extraordinary, how you touch brushes ( hairs) so delicately. We can see différences, the strength for any of these. I adore. Second party when you apply make up is incredible. I'm fan. So thank you. For concealer my favorite brush is the soft concealer ( the application is like your finger) . Kisses from France. Severine 😘😘😘😘

      Bonjour! Merci Beaucoup Severine! I am grateful for your kinds words. 🤗
      I try to be as gentle as possible with these because they are hand made.
      Thank you for watching as well! I was a bit worried that it was going to be a long vlog - but one cannot rush through Sonia G brushes!
      Love the soft concealer as well! Love how the brush head adapts to the curves of the face.

      @@tortorre no it wasn't too long because it was a pleasure and I was saying to Sonia this morning that I have learned with you in this review : how blending the eyeshadow above the eyelid crease to lift like you say and it works . You take the worker M and blend to lift outwards. Sorry my English isn't very good 😅 but I hope you understand that I mean😉 bisous Tor😘😘

      Thanks for dropping by! Just get the 4 brushes with new brush head designs, since you already have the previous Fundamental Series. The 4 new brushes are a nice addition. 😉

    Hi, love love your in depth videos. I watched this one and the Keyaki and the new face fundamentals. I have this set and quite like it. But debating if I need to grab the Keyaki one with the brautylisj event. Also thinking may be buy only a couple of the keyaki. Which ones are your absolute fav from the Keyaki one ? Thank you in advance

    • @tortorre
      @tortorre  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You are putting me on the spot! Hahah it really depends though, because this set you can use with cream or liquid eyeshadow products. Not unless you have those types of formulas, it won’t be necessary to have these since you already got the new fundamentals.
      But if you do want to have a number of brushes from the Kakishibu Set, the T4 and T5 are great blending and buffing brushes to pick up. 🫶🏽

      @@tortorre hahaha! I know it’s like asking a Mom who is your fav child lol thank you for getting back. I do have the fusion set for creams. But I don’t know for some reason I don’t enjoy them. These might be better than the fusion. Perhaps I’ll start with these two and see how get along.if I would have known this set was coming I would have passed on the new fundamentals . Since I have the original first set with red handles. Thanks for the suggestions.

    • @tortorre
      @tortorre  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @sarahm3240 the fusion brushes, I primarily use only to lay down the liquid/cream products and then I move on to any of the other brushes to set, define and buff out.
      At least now you have doubles, one set for dark colors the other for light just to give them purpose.

    Thank you darling for an amazing review, as always❣️Which ones should i get for smaller asian monolid eyes?

    • @tortorre
      @tortorre  ปีที่แล้ว

      I do recommend the Worker S, Builder M, Crease L for blending, Pencil L for Buffing, Pencil S and Builder S can be an addition for more detailed application of color on the eyes. Becase usually for monolid eyes it's always a smokey kind of eye makeup look that you apply.
