      Riddhesh Sharma 50-80l me 1bhk miljata malad, kandivali, borivali, goregaon me bhi khali bhav bada k rakha hai aur kuch nai. Ye jo project post kia hai waha approx 40-50k per carpet bhav chal raha hai aur malad me toh 12-15k per carpet hai abhi aur 2bhk approx 500carpet ka hota hai

    Its Kalp-taru / kalp-vriksh... In Sanskrit it means The wish fulfilling Tree (Kalp=kalpana,taru= tree)...

    I love the flooring of the living room, very lovely house, they have used lovely titles, the bathroom is too good, very nice, only there is no safety in the gallery they have put the glass for the gallery which is very very dangerous, in heavy rain and thunderstorm the glass falls down, this incident has happened in my building, the glass fell from 16 th floor, and no safety for kids, to stand in the gallery. That is the point the builders should take in consideration. The glass gallery, it looks good but safety is very important than looking nice

    It's a beautiful cover drive just using the pace of the ball and goes for a boundary.....
    What a magnificent shot with balance and proper timing...
    You voice over was more like a commentator you could be a good one of the those .. 😄 👍 Narration was exactly as like I am listening to a cricket commentary on my radio while driving too good .
    Of course the property is also beautiful but the price is high looking at the current market situation.

    construction cost for project with average amenities is 2000rs per sq. ft.
    Even if you provide premium amenities, contruction cost is around 2750rs per sq. ft. but see at what cost builder sells to us.
    additionally loading is different. In price of parking charges, one mid size vehicle comes. But any govt. never take any price regulatory act on builder bcoz politicians are investors in project

      Yes sir, it is very expensive.
      but you should consider few factors.
      1)Price of the land which is very very high.
      2) getting permission for construction, especially for multi storey apartments is not easy in metro cities...you should spend in millions to get permission from concern authorities.
      3)And finally raw material and labour in metros is very expensive, on an average a regular labour in cities like Mumbai earn a minimum of 2000 per day and sand per ton is 3600..
      So considering all these factors it is impossible to build a home at your mentioned price.

    the best thing about this apartment building is rooftop terrace and little bit of greenery at ground level. Rooftop terrace gives it a luxurious feel like a resort. and balconies look dangerous. not sure a grown up person can lean against it like in traditional grilled/railing balconies. other than that its just like other such apartments like in all the major cities. and there should be atleast one jacuzzi/bathtub in each apartment at this price

      There are project of kalpature In thane , I stay in thane . In fact I like thane, because it does not flood in rains like Mumbai, I had house of Vijay group, construction is very good of Vijay group, they have a bungalow concept also.

    Even though it is in juhu ..... I don't like the area .... Nothing to see .... Only buildings .... There r Soo many other places in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai area ... Where u can buy less than half of this ....
