I think Honda should’ve saved his level 3 in the last round and ended the combo with a level 1. That lvl 3 hardly added any dmg to the combo after scaling.
The reason for Honda's main ultimate move is that he makes a sumo circle and can throw his enemy out, which means he wins, but he doesn't do it and just throws his enemy back into the sumo circle, so he still wants the fight, just as if he was slamming. what a brrrr
