may be u r looking at wrong numbers may be, can't be possible with 25KMPL...mine Slavia in traffic condition it gives 7 to 8, on free road it gives 14....on highways I haven't tried but it wouldn't more than 20 or max 21...26 is quite too high beyond company claim...
