Alright so from what I understand from this video is basically the principle of rightness and Goodness. Rightness being the main reason why a drug is given and goodness being the mechanism of action the drug is going to perform. That’s my understanding of this

Prima facie means something like "at the first glance" or "on the face of it" but I don't know whether there exists an easier single expression.
