My football hero Dennis Bergkamp is when he scored that goal against Sunderland at roker park in the Fa Cup in 1996/97 I was hooked on Bergkamp what a player though and a loyal Arsenal player 11 seasons of pure Genius ❤
As a youth 'keeper (and late to football), it was Dave Seaman who drew me to Arsenal, but it was Ian Wright and Dennis Bergkamp who made me fall in love with Arsenal and Football itself.
My favourite player of all time, and I don't see that ever changing.

What a player gifted like messi with that quick speed of thought and god given skill
For me if Henry is King Bergkamp is God. After he signed I went from just following Arsenal on TV to watching them home and away. To think the media initially thought he was a flop. I even remember Spurs claiming that he was offered to them first at a much lower price.
Ironically, if you watch closely his Inter matches, Dennis was physically stronger than ever. His dribbles and goals were amazing at that season. He won UEFA cup with Inter at the very first season and people say it was his downfall

@@LordBonesaw Sorry, but the subtitles on TH-cam are awful at best. The Arsenal Training Centre, London Colney in Hertfordshire, is the training ground of Arsenal Football Club. It houses ten full-size pitches, so why would he be talking about pictures there? If he was talking about Highbury, then, yes. But it doesn't make sense at Colney.
