      I used 3mm for each wire

      @@JensenVlogChannel Hi, one last question, did you expand the pin hole on the housing of rpm wire connector?
      I finally sleeved my d5 vario and I want to solder rpm wire and sleeve that too, but Im not sure if my pet sleeve will fit in the fan connector

      @@Gabo99 i not sure, but normally is wire fans smaller the Pump. You can buy smaller sleeving or put all wires of the fan into the sleeving same size with Pump.
