I love the way these look and I recently finally got around to making them. I rolled a longer and thinner bureet since I wanted smaller cookies and reduced the cooking time to 15 minutes to compensate. I was very happy with the results, so thanks for the video! If I get around to making them again, I'll definitely want to try adding some kind of spice to add another layer of flavor. I was thinking cardamom, but if other people have recommendations, feel free to reply!

      Chocolate.
If you've never tried it you'll be shocked how well tahini and chocolate merge together.

Also I've never ever thought of an idea like this man this is genius. Where and how did you come up with an idea like this man? You could make trillions of dollars with these things man!!

I think I saw the general idea in a magazine or something, then went deep in the research and tried to make something unique. I borrowed ideas from a few recipes/techniques.

@@SuperDavidBrothers at the end of the video he rightly credited the NYT channel for the recipe. The only difference is they did theirs into rectangles with black sugar on the edges, both ways look pretty cool.
