@@jasondavis1949not untouchable. Anyone can be gotten to. We as Americans need to stand up for our Rights and defend them if those who are charged with doing exactly that are the very ones trampling them. I swore an oath to defend the Constitution from ALL enemies, foreign and domestic. I risked my life and fought in Iraq as an Airborne Infantryman and Scout Sniper for the freedom of Iraqi citizens which I never swore an oath to do. I most definitely will go much further to actually fulfill my oath right here in America for the future of my children’s freedoms and rights. They are constantly eroding the protections of our 1st, 2nd, 4th and 14th Amendment Rights. We not only need to fight to stop losing ground but we need to take back all the ground we have already lost. These people who preach fighting back in Court are ridiculous. In the Halls of Justice the only justice is found in the halls. Fighting in court is a rigged game that rarely ends with justice or real changes.

I went in to file a complaint and got harassed, intimidated, and then charged with disorderly conduct, and filing false/frivolous grievance or other official report. I wish cell phone cameras, and body cameras, and social media outlets would have been a thing back then. I filed a lawsuit, but it went nowhere, and ultimately made things much worse. Back then it was the citizen's word against their word, and without evidence such as video, their word won every time, and there was no recourse. It was an awful experience that brought on several years of harassment from law enforcement that did not stop until I moved away.

A problem that has followed me for over 40 years, I feel the need to vent about the collision between my past and my life today. No matter how you think about me I’m not a criminal. I have felony convictions for drug issues and that leaves me in a very difficult position regarding police interactions with myself. I can’t file complaints about the police, or be a witness against them … suffice to say I no longer have any civil rights. I’m not a criminal, like I said. “But you broke the law - “ you might say, but so did you when you were speeding, or illegally parked, or … breaking the law makes you just as much as myself a criminal. So, there are no innocent people here … but the kicker here is you didn’t get caught … that’s it. I have never robbed anyone or killed anybody or even so much as performed a kidnapping. But I’m a criminal and so are you. My misdeeds, in reality, have been the reason I’m labeled as a non citizen. I do not perform or contemplate doing these kinds of things … real criminals do. I am an American citizen regardless of what the law enforcement agencies say … and I served my country. But that means nothing to anyone but me. Things have to change …

Excellent reporting and significant questions for critical thinkers to absorb. The arrest of Maurice was insane. The entire local government needs to be disbanded. With law enforcement like that the local government has to be at least as bad. How do The People that live there explain the existence of that level of ignorance and corruption in their government and its thugs? I am really curious to know the answer to that question.🤔

If they had to pay they would be a lot less bold about breaking the law and gaslighting people about their rights.

You know how to break it down girl!!! You're always right on point in every way and I thank you a zillion times over! You put word's to my thoughts and questions so eloquently!
We the People have been groomed, desensitized, propigandized to accept the unacceptable. Believing we are a free people living in a free country we simply give our power away, unbeknownst to us, complying our way into expanding government's power and condensing we the people's power. When we don't know our rights we have no rights. Learning your rights and exercising your right's will show you how free you aren't.
Every single branch of government behaves with imputiny and immunity to accountability because that's their plan. They expand we contract.

Thank you so much for watching and for your comment! You made really excellent points! I love that last sentence "Every single branch of government behaves with imputiny and immunity to accountability because that's their plan. They expand we contract" Can I borrow that? You also make the point that I learned the hard way in my city, Baltimore, if you don't know your rights you don't have any. I did not even realize that my rights were being violated nearly every day during the Zero Tolerance policing years in my community. I could not leave the house without my ID because I lived in what was considered a high crime area, because of that at any time police could stop me and if I could not provide ID to prove that I lived in the neighborhood I could be taken in for failure to ID and suspicion of buying, using or selling drugs. And believe me I was asked for my ID, I was paranoid about having it! That is one of many reasons I know how important it is for people to know their rights, stand on them if they can, and help protect other people's civil liberties as well. Thank you so much for your comment and for watching! -taya

This so often happens when a chief of police is ( allegedly ) running an illegal private security business. These illegal businesses use our tax payer equipment, desks, lights, telephones, cop man power and in many cases double bill the city and bill the paying customer that needs the private security services. The cop then pays the button nose chief of police a bit something something.. This is called RACKETEERING. 3 OF the criteria for RACKETEERING is hierarchy, intimidation, and fraud. There is no time off for bad cops. To the public it looks like they are on paid vacation, but mostly the cops work this illegal private security business. The only one fooled here is YOU!!!!!! Also, most cops drink vodka to sleep at night. They may have pulled you over and you would never know. Or could you. The big giveaway is the menacing, belligerent, confrontational, aggressive dangerous grainy VODKA VOICE. When you get pulled over , make as little contact with an alcoholic cop. Like any alcoholic, they are dangerous with a license to carry a gun and kill. They will testilie against you and get away with it. You are dealing with a gang with a badge.. Sometimes , with the judges there are many conflicts of interest, but you will never know. Sink your teeth into this and pass it on....And please, learn some law because obviously, the cops follow protocol not the Constitution.. Get Constitutional Law for dummies or any book. Cops don't have continuing education. Because of the rampant alcoholism, they should be breathalyzed after every incident and before they can start our tax payer police cars.. Many of these guys are void of empathy. We the People need to enforce the law.

    Happened to me,
Went to complain, they beat me, handcuffed me hand and foot, then beat me some more. Luckily, I survived.
After my beating, then sent me to "involuntary hospital psych ward" under law 408, for 'ME assaulting THEM'.
After my illegal 9 day detention in the Psych ward, which by the way, diagnosed me with "Bi-Polarity", "Paranoid / Delusional", & "Manic Depressive". Force fed me with LITHIUM, which is for "mental" patients, including injections. And to add insult to injury, upon release, PRESCRIBED these medicines as IF I was going to VOLUNTARILY take them for conditions I have never had to begin with. Kept them as evidence.
Upon arriving to my home, my neighbors estranged me, and told me what the Police were doing while I was "hospitalized".
With NO COURT ORDER, NO WARRANT, & NO PERMISSION FROM ME, they were going in / out of my house for God knows what... Even I know that's completely wrong.
That was the last straw, currently investigating them, and finding even MORE damaging evidence. Like the Police have NO AUTHORITY to send me to the Psych Ward, it had to be approved by a Judge. No Judge / Court order... 🤔 Hmmm, huh! No where is this vital document to be found.
This led me to ask the State Police Dept., whom they're supposed to be informed of all crime, for any documents narrating the event. Nope, completely unaware that said events EVER took place.
...and I can go on and on,...

Since I don't know how the Police works, or is suppose to work anyways, I have no idea on how to obtain solid / documented evidence. So far it's been a hit or miss based obtaining anything solid.
Don't know much about Civil law, either. Some have told me that all I have thus far, is "circumstantial", and not really a "smoking gun" type of evidence. All I studied was Business Law, Finance Law, and Real Estate Law, which really doesn't help me for this type of thing.
There are no videos, no audio, and the only documents I have are the hospital stay ones. So unless they are going to confess, which I seriously doubt, I have to get more documentation from somewhere. Even if it's documentation saying "THERE IS NO DOCUMENTATION". Don't know if that'll help, but it's the best that I can think of.
Went to my own Doctor, and he's setting me up with documentation that says that he's NEVER diagnosed me of ANY mental conditions, and never thought of me as a mental patient, NEVER considered me depressed, manic, or paranoid. NEVER prescribed me with any medicine for ANY of those conditions, etc, etc,
Again, don't know if that'll help my case, but at least it's something.
Next stop, would be an appt with a Psychiatrist, to disprove the State Hospitals Psychiatrist in his diagnose(s) of me.
Other interesting fact is that when I was sent to that Hospital, they never gave me a physical exam, all they did was give me a Psych exam. I find that odd that there I was with cuts & bruises from my beatings, open lacerations on my face & head, ...and not a single mention of them?!? No physical full body diagrams?!? That's got to be proof of a cover-up, right? I would think that would have to have been mandatory, for ALL incoming patients, right? Nothing, zilch, nada.
Anyways, Hospital is not talking to me, same as the Police Precinct, so any other helpful suggestions in my favor, I would greatly appreciate it.
Is there maybe a Judge or some court that I can go to, that can force them to give me "their version" of the story? Obtain documents that may shed light on the subject, like an events chronological logbook or something? If that Court Order exists, there SHOULD BE A COPY SOMEWHERE, right?!? Any ideas where to look / ask, besides the local Courthouse itself? Would the State Supreme Court have a copy? Should I go there? Etc, etc, etc,...

@@jerrya.rodriguez7504 Have the local TV stations put your story on the news (as an in person interview) and ask the viewing public to call in with their experiences of bad policing and misconduct. The local TV stations may be inundated with more reports like yours. Also lots of tips from the viewing public may surface to help document your story. Lots of attorneys may suddenly want to represent you in civil and criminal actions against your local police as your case has become high profile.

I thought about that, but maybe I shouldn't, because I don't want my local Police to find out what I'm up to. There's a good possibility that they'll just pick me up AGAIN, claiming I was "Paranoid" and off my "Meds", and send me right back. Well of course I'm "off my Meds", because there was no reason for me to be taking them in the FIRST PLACE.
I can't risk being sent AGAIN, because at the very least the STATE HOSPITAL is completely aware of what I'm doing when I asked for my official Hospital Stay documents, so who knows what they'll do to me a second time around. Remember the force-fed medications and vaccinations? Well, I'd probably get more of that as well, which really would do my mental status any good.
What I really need, is protection from the Police itself as I continue to investigate. Since I haven't mentioned what State or City this occurred, is in my favor, but once that's out, it would be hard to contain.
I don't know, but I'll ask the t.v. studios for their input on the matter and see what they suggest.
      Thanks.

In Sinton PD in Texas my brother was beat up by Officer Aaron Putnam and Amanda Prado. The officer that did the beating and nearly killed my brother was Putnam while Officer Prado stood there and watched and did nothing. There have been other complaints about Officer Putnam over the years and he is now a Sergeant.

Prosecution should be ashamed of him/herself for filing charges in first place.. Bro, file a lawsuit against the individuals involved in this incident for violating rights and retaliation!! There is no #noqualifiedimmunity for them..

This happens all the time. Complain and become a victim of retaliation. The document begins with " on behalf of the people of Georgia".....well I'm a lifelong Georgian and I don't give this county permission to abuse the rights of this individual and do it in my name. Stay strong, Maurice

your absolutely right Taya. U. S. District Courts of Lubbock dismissed my Title 42 Section 1983 lawsuit against Lubbock's Sheriff's Department even though they admitted to my case having merit. Judge Cummins dismissed solely on the fact I couldn't pay their fees. I was in ail when I originally filed and was granted in forma paupris. Basically, the only citizens allowed to petition the Government for a redress of our grievances (1st Amendment) are those who can pay their $402 filing fee when they've just had your liberty taken from you, you lost everything you owned while in jail and had your rights purposely violated with complete indifference to the injury they cause. We must do something it starts with individuals being confident as Americans. Teach our children to assert their rights by asserting ours now. Challenging their lies and manipulating interpretations of the law. We don't need attorneys to file legal documents on our own behalf. They literally lie to us, tell us they lie to us, yet we still listen to them? Why?

Um, like father like son. How do you think psychopaths propagate in society? It's no different than when blacksmiths would pass down their trade to their kids. Kids learn from the adults around them...
