Hi david! Thanks for sharing kano analysis chart video. But how to determine the midpoint coordinates of a diagram? As in the diagram you made, you determine the number 5 to be the middle point
There will usually be a little math (for value, schedule or cost) but nothing that needs more than a basic calculator (which is allowed or provided in the exam program).
Is it possible to do Kano for a one survey question? It has a comment section where I want to categorise that for the feature column. The question is resolution satisfaction and rated 1-4 for as the highest?
Great question. The power of Kano is seeing that our features lose their level of customer satisfaction over time. So you could definitely translate what you want there (customer satisfaction), it would just be missing the "reduction over time" part (unless you keep that too) 🙂
hello@@davidmclachlanproject, can we still create a kano model just by using 3 questions in the raw data? Resolution (scored Yes/No), Effort (scored 1-5) and Overall Satisfaction (scored 1-5).
Great question! Customer satisfaction can be gathered directly from your customers in a survey or questionnaire - rating what their satisfaction level would be if a feature was there, from 1 to 10. Place in lifecycle depends on how fast features in your industry move from "new" to "old" usually (housing may be different to technology, for example). Find a previous feature and use that as a starting idea.
That was fantastic! Thank you!
You had me at "a phone that cooks breakfast"
Hello, you saved my life thank you !!!!!!❤
Amazing tips!

Awesome @David! Is it possible to make some tutorials on CPI, SPI and other Project Management key Metrics? Thanks
This helped me a lot, thank you!
Hi, are there other metrics we can use aside from place in the lifecycle?
Great question! Waiting for his response!!!
You are supermen for me
Hi David, could you tell me how to classify the answer of survey to A, O, Q,R ? Thanks
Hey David, thanks for the PMP exam video. I have my exam soon, should I expect any math/calculation?

@@davidmclachlanproject Would love for you to tackle some examples of those!
