Keep in mind the type of cards you'd be putting into each deck, when you'd be playing each card, what the purpose of each is. It's easier to corrupt relative to when you play it in the game and the general mana cost of cards in said deck.
Pearltusk isn't something you'd slot into control warrior the same way you would carnival clown. How does it help you survive against aggro and midrange? How does it help you out greed other control warriors?
What are you planning to corrupt the Clown with? You can't corrupt them WITH Y'Shaarj, as then Y'Shaarj won't get you the Clowns. You need at least a few more 10-mana cost cards.
Yogg, and probably just yogg. If the deck is almost exclusively control tools as you plan to win with fatigue, you can be that greedy and run just 1 corruptor for clown. You only need 1 clown corrupted before y'shaarj for it to work, so a late game clear with yogg to corrupt 1 will probably be consistent. You then play clown the next turn. You then may be able to wait for your y'shaarj play, by that point you will probably have drawn your second clown, so y'shaarj acts as your second corruptor while returning an already corrupted clown. If however this does turn out too inconsistent (which I'm uncertain it will be. I think it's a solid game plan), it can probably just pivot to an addition of a controlly n'zoth package, running a copy of the new pirate or two (a card that might see play in the deck anyway as an anti-aggro tool), deathwing (who is garunteed to be in the deck anyway), the taunt deathrattle add armour mech at 1, the new legendary to search out all these cards (which will probably be the only non-control survive card in the deck just to help n'zoth be more consistent when it's played), and if it's really really needed, one felcracked collossus as the elemental. So long as there is enough early game survival tools to stave off aggro (which there is right now), that is going to be a nightmare to try and take down, with my prediction being tickatus control being the "combo" deck that does it. Incidentally, I expect a heavy midranged paladin to be the "aggro" deck that has a good matchup against tickatus control. I'm excited for this meta.
@@Crawver super reasonable take and I agree completely. Its crazy to think that a warrior deck with 2-3 old gods is going to probably be a top tier deck. In fact I'd go so far to say that a big reason why this expansion has so many 1 mana cards is because trump has (correctly) determined that a lot of decks aren't going to be able to compete with the insane control decks that are coming out of this expansion. (bonus: the hard counter to tickatus is togwaggle's scheme.)

It's why he's saying explicitly warrior for it. That deck has the time to play more than 1 old god, and since we have the old god of playing from behind (yogg), that really does make sense. Stall out the game with your brawls, slams, bladedances etc, when your opponent builds another good board after 10 spells have been played, pretty late into the game, play yogg while a clown or two is in your hand, clear the board again, then swing with waves of clowns. I agree that 2 clowns might be too much (though you might want 2 just to consistently see 1. After all, you're not wanting to actually hold a board, so most of your deck will be removal), but I do see that deck having a really strong matchup against all but maybe tickatus control, who has the potential to just ruin the game plan by making warrior loose 5-15 cards from their deck.

Control warlock has the potential to drive C’thun out of the meta. You’re almost never going to be able to play all the pieces and draw C’thun before Tickatus mills you out.
How will Carnival Clown be corrupted though. What ten costs other than Ysharrj will decks run. And if none, then you won’t get carnival clowns from Ysharrj

Clown is like a better nomi yes he is hard to activate but his value is amazing. You will play 10 mana cards like n’zoth or yogg and end it with clowns which is no harder then emptying your deck.
Yes, which is why he gave that card a 5* rating. The logic is you go super hard control and just never lose the board against aggro, and then burn out 5-10 cards to ensure you always win the fatigue game against other control decks. Honestly the only bad matchup it'll probably have is something like a midrangy libram paladin that can apply quality pressure turn after turn. Tikatus control is going to be an interesting deck, and I look forward to seeing how well it does.

I've played almost exclusively pure libram since AoO, hitting at least top 3k legend every month with it in scholomance (one month making top 500), and I'm pretty sure soul DH is the best matchup I have. I can count the losses I've had to it on one my fingers, because paladin can hold a board better than DH, and the natural heal and constant taunts the deck has already makes it very hard for DH to get over the hump. Also the druid matchup is normally a breeze as well. Get a big taunt down, especially with a braggart, and they're often pretty stumped. Warlock on the other hand, I will admit I'm uncertain of. It's been the class I've played against the least, and it's mostly been some varients of quest. Soul warlock sees no play as DH version is just better, and control warlock hasn't been able to survive this meta. Now, quest warlock has always been a bit of a bizzare matchup, and it's been so uncommon that I'm uncertain if it's in paladins favour or not (I do think in my gut it's in warlocks favour, but that's a hunch on my side), but I also think quest warlock will be just as rare as before, whereas tickatus warlock is going to be a meta deck we'll see a lot. So I don't think those two decks are comparable. Also I can say with pretty solid certainty that the worst matchup for the pure libram deck is PenPaladin. Something about that deck just always seems to do me in, but it seems designed to munch up midranged decks anyway. In a more control oriented meta, I don't think it'll thrive.
Oh, that's fair. I think going by trumps rating system, it'll probably be enough of a tech card that sees enough play in middling decks that it'll reach three star. We know c'thun rogue will be experimented in, and I can see a world where it's a tech choice in control warrior for the mirror match. If that does happen, then it's probably justified a 3*.

@@amethonys2798 He could cast secrets, summons, buffs for summons and draw cards among other things. So yes, he was a legitimate play if you had nothing else to do, especially on empty board. And he was played that way. Now several of his effects are basically board clears. So yes, he is less proactive.
@@Gebirges In raw power maybe, but not in manipulation and influence. Its corruption of Nazjatar was masterful, and it actually controlled more territory in the Black Empire than C'Thun. Perhaps the least powerful by itself, but its manipulation was top-notch.
@@azelynhirano How did they miss it then? The menagerie taunt should be one of the first cards to put in your testing N'Zoth deck. They needed to play one (1) game to realize that one of the four flashiest cards of the expansion wasn't functioning properly.
Okay I think Carnival Clown will be the card of the expansion that everyone will desperately try to makes it works. Because in fact, it will be pretty hard to make it really works.. But let's theorycrafting it for many classes. - Control Mage, because you have amazing reno and two puzzle box. - Ramp Survival Druid, because you hard mulligan to ramp and get 10 mana. And you can drop couple taunts along with survival of the fittest. - Big Shaman, because you can defend with 10 mana spell, and use bloom then carnival clown the following turn. You can also revolve it if you play clown with 10 mana, who knows you might got 7 malygos. - Spell Cthun Warlock. The deck only have spell, Cthun and 2 Clown. You have dark portal in deck to get 4 mana clown so you can flood the board early. If you draw it before the dark Portal, you can either plot twist it or wait until your Cthun ready to corrupt it. - deck of chaos warlock, you know how this work, pretty high rolly, and not really focused on the clown. - spell priest, the real slow. You need to tutor the clown with insight to discount it. At 7 mana you can corrupt it with plague. Also, if thats the only minion you ever play, imagine you can get 4 more of that from raise dead. Same with warlock though. And I dont think the other can effectively play it, even the control warrior have no 10 mana cards that control a board or a way to discount it, so no no.
They really dropped the ball on the Corrupt keyword this expansion. Other than at the super late game of Control Warrior, it's just way to slow to work in most decks. I wish they had brought dual class back as a permanent addition instead.
I’m having a hard time understanding what Trump is thinking for Warrior to run Y’saarj. Do you just run passable10 cost cards like Scrapyard Colossus? Do you maybe run a big warrior just with a small Y’saarj package (though I feel like you forgo more early game than you’d want to accomplish this)? Perhaps a N’zoth/Y’saarj deck?

What about the Corrupted clown + Revolve as a win condition in Control Shaman. 7x 9-Drops and a soft silence on your opponents minions for 10 mana 2 cards
Could've sworn Trump didn't like Wriggling Horror during a previous review, but I'm glad he likes it this time. I think the mini funglalmancer is going to be insane in token style aggro decks. Notably decks like the new Dude Paladin archetype theyre pushing and also Aggro DH. They both will have tons of tokens and 1 Mana minions.
I think trump is seriously sleeping on C'thun Rouge and Secret Mage. I'm not saying either would be tier 1, but they are definitely going to be bigger than he seems to believe
Well i saw a lot of players playing c'thun rogue and it just seems way too slow. Also control warlock annihilates that deck with ease and can destroy other control decks too.
He can't not look at C'thun as a late game win condition. The fact it gives Rogue access to cards it wouldn't normally have, as well as cheap removal is really good.
Are you arguing that the pieces of C’thun are good cards by themselves? If so, you should watch some more trump reviews. Drawing the pieces is slow, playing them is even slower. When you survive up until the point to assemble C’thun, you could have won the game with actually good cards.
@@carthagegaming5545 Honestly I think tikatus control vs warrior control is going to be the top tier battle, with a heavy midrange paladin being the challenger against them. Tikatus will beat warrior most of the time, as forcing a warrior that intends to stall the game indefinately into fatigue 10 turns early will break that deck (especially if they mill any of the old gods, rendering the clowns far weaker), paladin will probably be the only deck to apply enough consistent pressure to warlock that it will have the good matchup their, and warrior will be able to outlast paladin due to its' armour. This might be a meta where the standard combo, aggro, control trifecta matchups are the heaviest they've ever been.
I feel Clown Druid will be where the card lands...Druid has a strong frame for big mana combos and have used other structures for getting a few must answer waves of threats. They also have Survival as a consistent, powerful way to corrupt the clowns. Though I did appreciate the Deck of Madness Clown deck Trump's opponent played in the priest video. Probably not good, but interesting!
Just like Trump I totally misranked C'thun. I thought he was trash but turns out he is the 2nd most versatile Old God(after Yogg), can fit into a lot of decks cuz the spells are really useful and you really only need to invest 1 card slot in your deck. Def my fav card in this exp.

What is supposed to corrupt carnival clown if not Yshaarj in warrior? Dimensional Ripper? Nzoth? The former isn't something you want in a deck with Carnival Clown and the later seems like it should be a higher rated card than Yshaarj and Carnival Clown since they would depend on it to make those big swing turns possible but can also go into decks without them.
I really think rogue is one of the worst classes to actually put c’thun in. I’m for sure going to try him in a galakrond warrior with anchaar and battle rage.
I don't hear him saying anything about control Paladin or Priest. They have a lot of removal/healing. Paladin in particular can pressure/outheal with LIbram shit and then drop nukes of clowns, not to mention waves of divine shield silverclan recruiters.
What went wrong with the Ritualist? Giving the opponent an on average "eh" card seems like a pretty hefty downside. I'd say it needs at least +3 stats.
How the card has the same stat total with a worse effect than dirty rat while costing 1 more mana is beyond me. Even the other ritualist and hecklebot are at least so grossly overstatted they potentially could've seen play (granted it was mainly with Oaken Summons).
I play big archetypes alot. In fact I'm something of a BBM (Big Beautiful Minion) fetishist. So the release of a card like Silas Darkmoon seriously pisses me off, since as a mind control tool it works really well on enemy boards which only have BBMs. (My boards essentially) I know I know, its just a meme card that's pretty useless compared to the 5 mana cabal acolyte/wave of apathy priest combo. But I mean priest was giving me enough nigthmares already, before this atrocious NEUTRAL card was released. So nowadays I contemplate self termination more often. And I just play soul demon hunter and SMACK control decks in the face and make them cry.
I was hoping so much for a corrupt shaman deck. The Overload syergy with corrupt, where you can actually play the corrupted cards „on curve“ seemed promising. But then the shaman cards happened.
Here's my prediction. We're going to have the heaviest rock paper scissors we've ever seen. Control warrior is the control, control tikatus is the "combo", and a heavy midrange paladin will be the "aggro" that can beat down tikatus control.
Is Trump predicting that control warrior will run scrapyard colossus? Looking at all of the 10 cost cards you can corrupt the clown with the only one that fits easily is Yogg but then after that the best looks like scrapyard colossus. Would you run 1 or 2 because if you only run 1 then you have exactly 2 cards in your deck that can be used to corrupt the clowns.
for some reason i have yet to see anyone play survival instincts into strongman and follow with a carnival clown. it just seems like something ramp druid should be able to do without dying (most of the time)
He does and it's the main reason I don't really see carni clown being such a big thing. Having to play a 10 drop before him makes him very unreliable. For most classes it means you have to play an old god to corrupt him because there just aren't any other 10 cost cards in the game worth playing (unless you *just* introduce them to corrupt the clown, in which case it's questionable if you're not better of skipping it all together)
question is whether you need those 35/35 extra stats. If your clown sticks you've probably already won, and a lot of answers will clear the board all the same
It does mean that if you aren't planning on corrupting it, it goes from a 12/12 taunt control card to a 27/27 taunt win condition. Probably not a bad idea
Demon Hunter with their 4 dmg aoe can clear those naked clown, or mage and shaman with a bit of spell dmg, those extra stats should help...welp unless against certain class or decks that run powerful board clear
Trump's analysis of Corrupt seems needlessly narrow. He's always saying "You want this to come out the turn after you corrupt it for max value, and it's not good enough on that turn." But I look at it as a comparable effect to the Omega cards from Boomsday. It gives you a way to play a relatively high-impact card for a lower mana cost later in the game, allowing you to play it alongside other resources. Maybe that's not realistic, or it doesn't make a big difference in the power level, but I feel like the analysis is coming from some wrong assumptions.
If this is a control heavy meta Tikatus is gonna be a 5 star priest card making warlock feel the despair of FL Jiana mage during the secret agent coming through days.
Darkmoon dirigible is a perfect fit for managerie warrior, if you're giving 3* to something like stage hand there's no way the dirigible deserves less. Generally agreed on the old gods, although I would say Yogg is a bit stronger than Y'shaarj overall. One cool possibility with circus amalgam is that it slots into guardian animals druid replacing teacher's pet, since it makes your breath of dreams a lot more consistant.
Does that work? Normally librams like to stay ahead on the board, so doesn't the old yogg go against that strategy, even if it does get a lot of spells? Still, if that works out fine enough, new yogg is going to be just naturally better. Has options that don't just wipe the board, and the ones that do, normally still work better in your favour.

Darkmoon Rabbit is actually pretty good to get out of Evolve effects. Ye it's just a 1/1 but it has Rush, Poison and Cleave. It can do something immediately after being obtained and if you're Evolving stuff you're often hoping for something with Rush or Taunt. What you don't want is understatted minions that have a strong battlecry (as evolved cards do not cast it). I believe evolving into Darkmoon Rabbit is one of the best possible outcomes, the other good one being 7/7 taunt that spawns another 7/7 taunt after dying. There are not that many 10 cost cards in the game and you'll see this dude steal lots of games coming from random effects (of which there are many) Obviously this card gets 1* as it's not playable with that kind of cost. Clearing 3 minions (at best!) is not worth 10. And it doesn't even work against divine shields etc (Twisting Nether is 8 and works)

I think it's a solid game plan), it can probably just pivot to an addition of a controlly n'zoth package, running a copy of the new pirate or two (a card that might see play in the deck anyway as an anti-aggro tool), deathwing (who is garunteed to be in the deck anyway), the taunt deathrattle add armour mech at 1, the new legendary to search out all these cards (which will probably be the only non-control survive card in the deck just to help n'zoth be more consistent when it's played), and if it's really really needed, one felcracked collossus as the elemental.
So long as there is enough early game survival tools to stave off aggro (which there is right now), that is going to be a nightmare to try and take down, with my prediction being tickatus control being the "combo" deck that does it. Incidentally, I expect a heavy midranged paladin to be the "aggro" deck that has a good matchup against tickatus control. I'm excited for this meta.

Control warlock has the potential to drive C’thun out of the meta. You’re almost never going to be able to play all the pieces and draw C’thun before Tickatus mills you out.
How will Carnival Clown be corrupted though. What ten costs other than Ysharrj will decks run. And if none, then you won’t get carnival clowns from Ysharrj
You really don't need the extra clowns after the swing turn you play y'shaarj. Just play the clowns corrpted by the old god

Clown is like a better nomi yes he is hard to activate but his value is amazing. You will play 10 mana cards like n’zoth or yogg and end it with clowns which is no harder then emptying your deck.

Yes, which is why he gave that card a 5* rating. The logic is you go super hard control and just never lose the board against aggro, and then burn out 5-10 cards to ensure you always win the fatigue game against other control decks. Honestly the only bad matchup it'll probably have is something like a midrangy libram paladin that can apply quality pressure turn after turn. Tikatus control is going to be an interesting deck, and I look forward to seeing how well it does.

Soul DH is the worst matchup (other hyperaggro burn decks too), as well as ramp druid.

I've played almost exclusively pure libram since AoO, hitting at least top 3k legend every month with it in scholomance (one month making top 500), and I'm pretty sure soul DH is the best matchup I have. I can count the losses I've had to it on one my fingers, because paladin can hold a board better than DH, and the natural heal and constant taunts the deck has already makes it very hard for DH to get over the hump. Also the druid matchup is normally a breeze as well. Get a big taunt down, especially with a braggart, and they're often pretty stumped.
Warlock on the other hand, I will admit I'm uncertain of. It's been the class I've played against the least, and it's mostly been some varients of quest. Soul warlock sees no play as DH version is just better, and control warlock hasn't been able to survive this meta. Now, quest warlock has always been a bit of a bizzare matchup, and it's been so uncommon that I'm uncertain if it's in paladins favour or not (I do think in my gut it's in warlocks favour, but that's a hunch on my side), but I also think quest warlock will be just as rare as before, whereas tickatus warlock is going to be a meta deck we'll see a lot. So I don't think those two decks are comparable.
Also I can say with pretty solid certainty that the worst matchup for the pure libram deck is PenPaladin. Something about that deck just always seems to do me in, but it seems designed to munch up midranged decks anyway. In a more control oriented meta, I don't think it'll thrive.
Oh, that's fair. I think going by trumps rating system, it'll probably be enough of a tech card that sees enough play in middling decks that it'll reach three star. We know c'thun rogue will be experimented in, and I can see a world where it's a tech choice in control warrior for the mirror match. If that does happen, then it's probably justified a 3*.

And he was played that way. Now several of his effects are basically board clears. So yes, he is less proactive.

Okay I think Carnival Clown will be the card of the expansion that everyone will desperately try to makes it works. Because in fact, it will be pretty hard to make it really works..
But let's theorycrafting it for many classes.
- Control Mage, because you have amazing reno and two puzzle box.
- Ramp Survival Druid, because you hard mulligan to ramp and get 10 mana. And you can drop couple taunts along with survival of the fittest.
- Big Shaman, because you can defend with 10 mana spell, and use bloom then carnival clown the following turn. You can also revolve it if you play clown with 10 mana, who knows you might got 7 malygos.
- Spell Cthun Warlock. The deck only have spell, Cthun and 2 Clown. You have dark portal in deck to get 4 mana clown so you can flood the board early. If you draw it before the dark Portal, you can either plot twist it or wait until your Cthun ready to corrupt it.
- deck of chaos warlock, you know how this work, pretty high rolly, and not really focused on the clown.
- spell priest, the real slow. You need to tutor the clown with insight to discount it. At 7 mana you can corrupt it with plague. Also, if thats the only minion you ever play, imagine you can get 4 more of that from raise dead. Same with warlock though.
And I dont think the other can effectively play it, even the control warrior have no 10 mana cards that control a board or a way to discount it, so no no.
Darkmoon Rabbit is in my Warlock Deck of Chaos N'zoth quest shuffle, it's usually baited out as a 1 or 0 mana cheap clear.

They really dropped the ball on the Corrupt keyword this expansion. Other than at the super late game of Control Warrior, it's just way to slow to work in most decks. I wish they had brought dual class back as a permanent addition instead.
I’m having a hard time understanding what Trump is thinking for Warrior to run Y’saarj. Do you just run passable10 cost cards like Scrapyard Colossus? Do you maybe run a big warrior just with a small Y’saarj package (though I feel like you forgo more early game than you’d want to accomplish this)? Perhaps a N’zoth/Y’saarj deck?

What about the Corrupted clown + Revolve as a win condition in Control Shaman. 7x 9-Drops and a soft silence on your opponents minions for 10 mana 2 cards

Yes to the first one and no to the second question.
Yogg will be a swing card similar to solarian for small spell mage imo. The only issue is that it doesn't provide the early play that solarian can.
But how exactly do you corrupt Carnival Clown? There aren't many 10-costs you want to play. The only one I can think of is Dimensional Ripper
Could've sworn Trump didn't like Wriggling Horror during a previous review, but I'm glad he likes it this time. I think the mini funglalmancer is going to be insane in token style aggro decks. Notably decks like the new Dude Paladin archetype theyre pushing and also Aggro DH. They both will have tons of tokens and 1 Mana minions.

I think trump is seriously sleeping on C'thun Rouge and Secret Mage. I'm not saying either would be tier 1, but they are definitely going to be bigger than he seems to believe
Well i saw a lot of players playing c'thun rogue and it just seems way too slow. Also control warlock annihilates that deck with ease and can destroy other control decks too.
He can't not look at C'thun as a late game win condition. The fact it gives Rogue access to cards it wouldn't normally have, as well as cheap removal is really good.
Are you arguing that the pieces of C’thun are good cards by themselves? If so, you should watch some more trump reviews.
Drawing the pieces is slow, playing them is even slower. When you survive up until the point to assemble C’thun, you could have won the game with actually good cards.
Yeahhh tikatus has a very good chance of autowinning vs the shuffle rogue tho and I agree that control warlock will probably be the best control deck
@@carthagegaming5545 Honestly I think tikatus control vs warrior control is going to be the top tier battle, with a heavy midrange paladin being the challenger against them. Tikatus will beat warrior most of the time, as forcing a warrior that intends to stall the game indefinately into fatigue 10 turns early will break that deck (especially if they mill any of the old gods, rendering the clowns far weaker), paladin will probably be the only deck to apply enough consistent pressure to warlock that it will have the good matchup their, and warrior will be able to outlast paladin due to its' armour. This might be a meta where the standard combo, aggro, control trifecta matchups are the heaviest they've ever been.
I feel Clown Druid will be where the card lands...Druid has a strong frame for big mana combos and have used other structures for getting a few must answer waves of threats. They also have Survival as a consistent, powerful way to corrupt the clowns.
Though I did appreciate the Deck of Madness Clown deck Trump's opponent played in the priest video. Probably not good, but interesting!

Just like Trump I totally misranked C'thun. I thought he was trash but turns out he is the 2nd most versatile Old God(after Yogg), can fit into a lot of decks cuz the spells are really useful and you really only need to invest 1 card slot in your deck. Def my fav card in this exp.

What is supposed to corrupt carnival clown if not Yshaarj in warrior? Dimensional Ripper? Nzoth? The former isn't something you want in a deck with Carnival Clown and the later seems like it should be a higher rated card than Yshaarj and Carnival Clown since they would depend on it to make those big swing turns possible but can also go into decks without them.

I don't hear him saying anything about control Paladin or Priest. They have a lot of removal/healing. Paladin in particular can pressure/outheal with LIbram shit and then drop nukes of clowns, not to mention waves of divine shield silverclan recruiters.

What went wrong with the Ritualist? Giving the opponent an on average "eh" card seems like a pretty hefty downside. I'd say it needs at least +3 stats.
How the card has the same stat total with a worse effect than dirty rat while costing 1 more mana is beyond me. Even the other ritualist and hecklebot are at least so grossly overstatted they potentially could've seen play (granted it was mainly with Oaken Summons).

I play big archetypes alot. In fact I'm something of a BBM (Big Beautiful Minion) fetishist. So the release of a card like Silas Darkmoon seriously pisses me off, since as a mind control tool it works really well on enemy boards which only have BBMs. (My boards essentially)
I know I know, its just a meme card that's pretty useless compared to the 5 mana cabal acolyte/wave of apathy priest combo. But I mean priest was giving me enough nigthmares already, before this atrocious NEUTRAL card was released. So nowadays I contemplate self termination more often. And I just play soul demon hunter and SMACK control decks in the face and make them cry.
I was hoping so much for a corrupt shaman deck. The Overload syergy with corrupt, where you can actually play the corrupted cards „on curve“ seemed promising. But then the shaman cards happened.

Looking at all of the 10 cost cards you can corrupt the clown with the only one that fits easily is Yogg but then after that the best looks like scrapyard colossus. Would you run 1 or 2 because if you only run 1 then you have exactly 2 cards in your deck that can be used to corrupt the clowns.

He does and it's the main reason I don't really see carni clown being such a big thing. Having to play a 10 drop before him makes him very unreliable. For most classes it means you have to play an old god to corrupt him because there just aren't any other 10 cost cards in the game worth playing (unless you *just* introduce them to corrupt the clown, in which case it's questionable if you're not better of skipping it all together)
I hope they made a tournament Yogg that removes rod of roasting and gives the other options its percentage chance split evenly

It does mean that if you aren't planning on corrupting it, it goes from a 12/12 taunt control card to a 27/27 taunt win condition. Probably not a bad idea
Demon Hunter with their 4 dmg aoe can clear those naked clown, or mage and shaman with a bit of spell dmg, those extra stats should help...welp unless against certain class or decks that run powerful board clear

Trump's analysis of Corrupt seems needlessly narrow. He's always saying "You want this to come out the turn after you corrupt it for max value, and it's not good enough on that turn." But I look at it as a comparable effect to the Omega cards from Boomsday. It gives you a way to play a relatively high-impact card for a lower mana cost later in the game, allowing you to play it alongside other resources. Maybe that's not realistic, or it doesn't make a big difference in the power level, but I feel like the analysis is coming from some wrong assumptions.
If this is a control heavy meta Tikatus is gonna be a 5 star priest card making warlock feel the despair of FL Jiana mage during the secret agent coming through days.

Darkmoon dirigible is a perfect fit for managerie warrior, if you're giving 3* to something like stage hand there's no way the dirigible deserves less.
Generally agreed on the old gods, although I would say Yogg is a bit stronger than Y'shaarj overall.
One cool possibility with circus amalgam is that it slots into guardian animals druid replacing teacher's pet, since it makes your breath of dreams a lot more consistant.

Does that work? Normally librams like to stay ahead on the board, so doesn't the old yogg go against that strategy, even if it does get a lot of spells?
Still, if that works out fine enough, new yogg is going to be just naturally better. Has options that don't just wipe the board, and the ones that do, normally still work better in your favour.

I think darkmoon rabit is just more removal to be played in deck of chaos warlock
Darkmoon Rabbit is actually pretty good to get out of Evolve effects. Ye it's just a 1/1 but it has Rush, Poison and Cleave. It can do something immediately after being obtained and if you're Evolving stuff you're often hoping for something with Rush or Taunt. What you don't want is understatted minions that have a strong battlecry (as evolved cards do not cast it). I believe evolving into Darkmoon Rabbit is one of the best possible outcomes, the other good one being 7/7 taunt that spawns another 7/7 taunt after dying.
There are not that many 10 cost cards in the game and you'll see this dude steal lots of games coming from random effects (of which there are many)
Obviously this card gets 1* as it's not playable with that kind of cost. Clearing 3 minions (at best!) is not worth 10. And it doesn't even work against divine shields etc (Twisting Nether is 8 and works)
