They didn't charge $220 because they know these were just GR colors with a GoT tag. Big missed opportunity to do more with the "collab". Lazy imo
There're a lot of details on these, how is it lazy? Would you prefer some horendous pring all over the shoe? Like a face of Jaime or something? lol, There are classy, minimalistic and pretty recognizable.
@@Rogeras32 LMAO how are these recognizable as GoT minus the tag? The red joints can pass off as a Chinese New Year release for all we know. What about the boring grey and black pair? I'm pretty sure similar color blocking has released in the past. If you want minimalism, you should stick to your All Birds.

@@oo7dw well, these tags are sort of... the point! Like the tags on the tongue, they're freaking well executed! how else would you make it recognizable without some shitty cheesy details, that would ruin the whole aesthetic? lol
@@Rogeras32 I agree with you that cheesey details are not the answer. Not like I'm asking them to put dragon wings on the shoe lol. Maybe they could have put each house emblem on the heel cup? Maybe even have the box look more special. When you compare these to the Dragonball collab, GoT falls completely flat imo.

I saw all 6 at Footlocker in Rome, and the fleece lining and ATR outsole on the colder/snow themed models is a pretty cool plus.
I scored the white walkers pair. They actually had 4 of the 6 different pairs at my local finish line. I love the icey blue and white of my pair.
I have 5 of 6 (2 for my wife) and just missed out on what you have. I was surprised with the subtle details added on. I appreciate the shoes more on hand. On feet, the nights night's watch and house Stark is tighter (Snug) because of the wool type lining. Overall, for the price, they made it more premium. I rock the house Stark the most because of the ATR outsole and the dark gray boost midsole (first time I saw boost in that colorway).

Best to check it out, they are better on feet. I also realized the house Lannister inner lining is shinier than usual, giving it that glamorous effect. I know you are budgeting lately, but best to reconsider all 6. The ladies exclusive would not disappoint your wife. Worst thing that could happen is that you resell to stockx or somewhere as these are marketable. In the Philippines we’re already having people already start reselling with a 25% markup (from retail purchase). Country wide, the collection sold out on the second day (in time for people to line up for the geode.

100% agree that they could have done more. Just on the Dragon ones, they should have used the uncaged UB, as a running theme in the show was dragons do not do well in cages. The silhouette from the Black History Month UB Uncagged shoe with this upper pattern would have been perfect (even though that shoe was completely inappropriate for BHM). They could have made a blue flame version too for Viserion (zombie dragon)... maybe a third one for Raegal with some green accents. The rest of the colorways seemed to phoned in. Similar to the Dragon Ball Z collab. Goku looked like they spent some time designing and then the rest they put in minimal effort.
picked up the Nights Watch pair (1st pair of Ultraboosts!), while they may look plain jane to some, Im really digging the white toe box and pairing them with damn near everything (tryon tryouts these past couple days_ Good vid review, enjoy the Targaryens, might have to pick them up if near a boutique in the near future (if I can spot my size). Big fan of GOT but didn’t buy a pair for myself, only got the women’s House Targaryen for my gf. Was annoyed by Adidas website for releasing the pairs because they were the only website that had the White Walkers in my gf size but sold out when they were finally accepting purchases which was an hour and a half or so later, so had to settle with the women’s Targaryen pair in the end. Terrible launch on the Adidas website but all other footwear stores I looked at on the time of launch seemed to have no issues
Just about copped these today. Decided not to because I wanted a white shoe for summer. Overall though, this is a dope shoe I’ll probably get around the beginning of fall. Hopefully they aren’t too expensive:)

Not a GoT fan, but I was able to get these and the White Walker ones. The 2 best colorways, at least with my size available (13). I wanted the red and gold ones, but the women's size didnt go high enough, lmao. Probably for the better, since I'm trying to cut back on buying kicks too, lol!

I love the night watch ones with the ATR soles but I would have to go with the House Lannister, fire plus I had a shirt when I was younger that said “One less Lannister” but wth only goes up to 9.5 what am I a women that’s an insult I am a size 12
