This is just pathetic. I can’t stand mothers that prioritize their relationship over their children. A friend’s mother did just that and years later passed of cancer as a free and very loved woman. I look up to her as what a true mother really is

It's time for grandma to have full custody. I can't believe the mother allows someone to abuse her kid and doesn't even care. Pathetic. Grandma needs to step in asap before that kid ends up dead. Don't even wait for court. Grab the kid and call the police. You never know if he will start abusing the other child either. It starts with a push, then a slap, then a punch, then every day beatings.

I have 4 daughters and 1 son. When one of my daughters was being abused by her bf I drove out of state and advised him that his family will have to pay for his Burial Expenses. He moved and never touched my daughter again.

you got lucky he didn't go after you too. A lot of abusers would threaten the family. My brother did the same with my abuser. It made the abuse worse. Before my ex only threatened me- after my brother did that, he threatened them too. He would describe in great detail how he'd do it and get away with it.
She lies about her “boyfriend” putting his hands on HER kid starts crying when when she fails then blames it on her dad some people really don’t deserve to be parents and these are the people I really do hope the grandparents get custody and pray the kid gets help and therapy from this

You can definitely tell she went through some kind of trauma with her father and you can tell she is afraid to out him on stage. She kept telling her dad “don’t you dare” . There’s more to her trauma which is absolutely no excuse to let a man abuse your children. Women need to learn to identify and heal there traumas before opening their hearts and homes to predators and abusers . “How will this decision affect my children?” should be your your first thought when making life altering desicions.

There is most likely no trauma regarding her father, she was just putting on a show and implying that he abused her in some way when she was young to deflect the blame from herself. She wasn't afraid to out her father, she just had nothing real to say and wasn't prepared to tell an all-out lie about him that her sister and mother would have instantly refuted and made her look even stupider.
I think she was lying. She wanted to put the spotlight on someone other than her and her piece of shit man. Idk how you can watch her LIE about her boyfriend abusing her son and then believe some random bullshit she spewed. Her mother admitted she made mistakes but why is it every time her dad asked what he did to her she couldn’t answer? Because there was no answer to give she’s trying to play the victim card to excuse away her bullshit behavior. @@leelee3665 While I agree even if it did happen it wouldn’t excuse this, I would almost guarantee and put a big check on she has had no trauma with her father that was even anywhere near an eighth of an inch close to what she’s put those kids through. I’ve heard a troupe of grandparent caring more about grandkids than their kids but that father obviously cared about the sister as well way before this since they have a good relationship, so I’d consider since she’s the only one who doesn’t like him she has some anger against him for some mundane reason mostly probably dealing with her relationship she’s in now. I’d imagine she’s mad he didn’t force her out of this relationship or something. But regardless unless she was beat a lot (major MAJOR doubt) as a kid or something worse that she has refused to talk about and instead deciding to through out vague sentences to force us to think something I’d probably say she has had no major trauma that would lead to these actions.
I left an abusive relationship after three years. I didn’t have kids. So it absolutely disgusts me when people have all of the excuses “it’s not that easy to leave.” at some point you have to stop being delusional. You have to ask yourself if you value you and your children’s LIVES more than you value being in a relationship. If you ever even have to ask yourself that question then you should leave. Do better for your kids.

What I’m interested in is to know what Roxanne’s father did to her. Because multiple times she mention something to the extent if you don’t want me to go there, so he definitely did something to her growing up.
An abuser can feed you lies and turn you against your family. This woman is too far gone. She might not have had an easy childhood, her mother admitted to making mistakes with her. but I think her husband has manipulated her so much that she sees her dad as evil.

I think to end up in such a bad situation you probably never experienced a positive male figure in your life, and add some potentially weird abuse (my assumption) from your father, that is the perfect storm for picking terrible men in your adult life.

This was a “Wayback Wilkos” episode (a cute way to say rerun). The parents said they had already signed up for parenting classes, did they go and complete the classes? They also agreed to attend anger management/counseling, did they attend the sessions? Hopefully they did attend, more than just one class/session, and learned the what & how’s they needed.
Wow. She's losing jobs because she's getting abused. Imagine taking away someone's source of income because they're being abused, that just means she couldn't get out if she wanted to because she's financially dependent.
She's not financially dependent on him, they said he doesn't work either. They're probably both just leeching off of welfare even though they're perfectly capable of working because they're both absolute dirt bags.
