Tera is extra complex in this way I guess... I've been playing for years and still haven't bothered to figure it out XD but it def makes the game more interesting and this is prob the best explanation I have found about it. Thanks!!

lvl up solo by hittin random rocks or plants for buffs that will help u lvl fast, after that put everything in storage, once u get to a high lvl then craft everything u got from those rocks and plants.. thats basically what i did in closed beta and im gonna do it again
i'd suggest focus on crafting metal based items to level up both alchemy and generate sacrificial items from armorsmithing and weaponsmithing pretty ez2 lvlup alchemy via buffscrolls since they mostly require ingots/silex, scroll parchment(npc), and inks(npc) eclipse potion also uses metal dust which comes from ore+grinder but potions require fibers(hp potions) and essenses(mp potions) directly, which you can't get from extraction

its been changed now, some of the crafting gear is crazy good, as is the alchemy scrolls. definitely worth leveling

Tera's currency used to be gold and you got it a lot easier, so 3000 of gold would only be around 25 silver I'm guessing

He's playing KTERA, not TERA. In KTERA, gold is the only money. 1 gold in KTERA is the same as 1 copper in TERA.
don't forget that you can craft pretty much everything near campfires instead of having to go to town..just need to learn the skill first
